I use Xapo and I'm very satisfied. You can choose between Euro and US dollar but as I'm aware now you can open wallet in any other currency.
It's accepted everywhere, have no problems with this, you can use it online and in physical stores, witdraw cash at the ATMs and fees are resonable.
The only thing that you might not like is that you have to completely verify your identity.

I did a research in the past and it seems XAPO is the best right now. I get angry at myself sometimes i wish i didn't fill the form with lulzy information and gotten the card when they were giving them for free. Yep. Now they are not.

The other option is coinsbank. After i saw them asking 250€ just to close your account, i erased them from my mind. That's a fucking robbery.

And the third one, spectrocoin or smth like that. In case you haven't seen it, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-by-spectrocoin-of-100-btc-1669877
They are being accused by Rastaways for stealing 100btc's from him. Unless it settles down, well, i would stay away.

I use E-coin as well, very happy with it . Fees re acceptable and I have never had any issues with card of related software. You do need to verify your info if you plan to use it more extensively.

We are making a review of all bitcoin debit cards here.  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2017-bitcoin-debit-card-reviews-1410577

I would say overall its where you are and what you want. If your in USA only one choice Shift. If your in EU I would say Wirex because they offer so much more. If your in Asia I would say there is a better choice there.

I am using cryptopay visa card from few months now without any problem. I was also able to verify my paypal with it. I have also purchased few items from google play store and ebay recently from that card.

FInding a reliable card which supports SPR will be a hard task. Why not go for a regular btc card?
I used e-coin before apart from the conversation rate (which is bad) their service is quite good.

I have never seen a bitcoin card that can loaded with XPR, so you will have to exchange it to btc first.
I tried E-coin.io and spectrocoin.com before and both of them offers USD and EUR cards and their fees are quite similar

Thanks Guys, but I Looking for debit card support XRP and BTC Both,

2 years ago, I used to Snapswap's Card, but they didn't support anymore

Snapswap's Smartybank card is Very Comfortable. if I transfer XRP to Snapswap Card,

They exchange XRP to BTC Automatically.

I looking for Debit card Like snapswap's Smartycash Card,

but I found Therocktrading's Pre-paid Card but this is very uncomportable

Especially reload, they only support exchange BTC to Euro use their website.

fee is expensive and slow.

SpectroCoin offers Bitcoin prepaid cards, which can be used at any ATM around the globe. The card can be denominated in dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or pounds (GBP). Unfortunately they don't support XRP. It cost $9 and can be delivered to you instantly or you can wait for 1-3 weeks. Monthly charge fee is only as loww as $1 and you will not be charged for inactivity.

From what I know, cash withdrawal is possible.
But depending on the card you need and the privacy you want, the amounts to handle are limited.
For example Coinsbank (former Bit-X), for anonymous card, allows only 250 EUR (300$) withdrawal. (see here: https://coinsbank.com/cards-details)

Please take also into the account the various fees that come with these cards.

If I was you,I'd choose the one that has least service charges and not cost me a few satoshi's every time I check my balance through an ATM.Choose from E-coin or Bit-x,those are quite famous around. Not sure how the euro ,dollar part works around.Don't think you can withdraw euros from a bitcoin ATM.Just my two cents.
