Top 3 I can recommend would be Bitmex, Deribit (specializes in Options) and Binance.

Of these 3, the first 2 are the more professional choices, while Binance can be considered safer in general as it's a more stable brand name, although it must be said they copied their leverage game from more specialized exchanges to become a competitor in that segment too, so it wouldn't be my top choice...

ps. here is an introductory video that might demystify some of the features of Bitmex:

If you are looking for a leverwge exchang, binance is the best choice. You cant find any exchange better than it. I have not traded in Binance for a while but my experience with this exchsnge is oustanding. Moreover, my friends are currently working on this exchang with margin trader. High volume and high liquidity help us to process orders extremely fast and instant
Things on exchanges change fast and if you are not trading on one exchange for a while, you must be careful when you give your advice to others. For liquidity and waiting time to close positions, it is not a matter on al top exchanges that are leverage trades. None of us are whales (assume so) and have too big leverage trades that can cause difficulty to close positions on top exchanges.

Your post has many typos and you can use the https://www.grammarly.com/ to help you automated detect and correct typos and also correct your grammar mistakes.

Bitfinex, bitstamp, binance.
Not sure about the other two but Binance does have leverage trading option.

the leverage trading at Binance is not really good. I once lost all the 10k $ that I made in 2 years when Bitcoin suddenly dropped sharply and I ran Long without stoploss again. The bad thing then was that Binance was lagging and I was unable to cancel my transaction, and you know, my account has only $ 0 left in my helplessness.
So if you have leveraged trading, go for the more reputable exchanges Bitmex or Bingbon.
A lot of guys lost money during that drop but I am not sure how Binance lagged so much that you could not cancel your trades and honestly when you do leveraged trading you either have to deposit more to continue or you will lose your funds in case the market goes down. I would love to know more about what exactly happened in your case and did Binance lagged for days, if so that's awkward and something I am not aware about.

There are several exchanges, or trading sites, offering leverage trading with Bitcoin and crypto

1. Binance (I am not sure where your info about Binance not support leverage comes from)
2. Bitfinex (I am not sure where your info about Binance not support leverage comes from)
3. BitMEX
4. ByBit

Binance is probably the best one offering leverage trading is three main categories

1. Leveraged tokens, Leverage 1.5-3x
2. Marging trading, Leverage 3-10x
3. Futures trading, Leverage up to 125x

Binance has the lowest fees and most trading features.

If you want even lower fees with Binance you can use this referral ID (-20% on all trading fees): IOEDEIP8

I am search for bitcoin exchanges that offers leverage. Which ones do offer leverage?

I have checked this ones and none of them had leverage

Bitfinex, bitstamp, binance.

Bybit
FTX
Binance
eToro
Prime XBT
Plus500
BitMEX
Deribit

Bitmex is the most known ones when it comes to margin/leverage.
Well maybe because they are the very first exchange that introduced the margin trading, but now I think the leading is the Binance, I'm not promoting them but it feels like Binance is more friendly than Bitmex when it comes to trading I don't know why  Huh however if you're not aware of leverage trading you might want to read some threads about leverage trading, look the guy above he lost $10K that he made in 2 years lmao

HEX: Longer pays better
For OP, what do you mean leverage? Is that the same with Bitmex that you can do 10x, cross, 100x leverage? Where there is the liquidation price for every position you will make?
If so, in Binance there is something like that, they called it Futures Market, where you can do leverage for some pairs there, especially on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polkadot, and many more.

The binance system places all traders on the basis of profit ratio and effective incentives where more profitable and higher leverage traders will get de leverage first. It also gives traders the opportunity to get big exposures in big cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Etherium, without adding a lot of capital. but binance is best for fee and some of bonuse opputunity and depend trading limit or trading activity.

Bitcoin is one of the best leveraged Binance exchanges in terms of leverage. In contrast to the commonly used social loss system where all profitable traders have to share the cost Bubit takes our contract loss measures as a measure of our contract loss to protect investors from large losses caused by risky traders.

Both Bitfinex and Binance do have margin trading, but Bitfinex only supports up to 5X leverage but as long as there are better exchange options out there I don't recommend it, Binance futures is a better choice for leverage trading these days and I also can recommend Kucoin futures for that and they are kind of on par with binance in all aspects but I personally would not count on Bitmex in anyway for any kind of trading even short-term based on their past history which proves that they are highly incompetent in protecting their users data and implementing sufficient security measures at times.

Have you tried Bitmex or Etoro?

I had read the different threads regarding this question and it might good if you will have research first because asking the community to avoid multiple threads.

To answer your question, are sure that Binance didn't have leverage, because if you are going to ask me which exchange is good.  I prefer to use Binance than other exchange you've mentioned

Here is the list of "Best Crypto Margin Trading Platforms Compared (2020)", that might help you with what you have searched.
Etoro is offering leverage but what I do not like to them is the maximum leverage where it is only 2x and for me it is small unlike other exchanges are offering maximum of 125x. The spread also in Etoro is much higher than Binance, for those who want to try leverage maybe it is better if you will use Binance because of their features. I do not destroying the name of Etoro I just telling my experiences to it. There are a lot more exchanges that are offering leverage but just make sure that manage your risk very well because leverage is borrowed funds.

There are many exchanges that offer leverage, like Binance, Bitmex, Bybit. I personally prefer Bitseven, it offers up to X100 for BTC and up to X50 for ETH, it's very simple exchange with just 4 cryptos to trade, fast deposits and withdrawals, great support, never had any problem with them. Be careful with leverage trading as you can both make a lot of profit and lose everything!

Gamble responsibly
I am search for bitcoin exchanges that offers leverage. Which ones do offer leverage?
HitBTC is not really recommended because your account can be freezed and force you to verify your account before able to use your account again but they offer 10x isolated margin trade. While on binance, you can margin trade with cross trade of 3x or isolated margin of 10x. You can also trade future leverage of up to 125x.

Know that leverage trading is very risky.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
binance.
As far as I know, they do have leverage and they have made it a point to make sure everyone knows the same by putting up big support articles introducing it to public use.

https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360033162192-Leverage-and-Margin-of-Perpetual-Futures-Contracts

Probably you didnt check carefully on the site. I am not a fan of leverage so I dont use it, thus cant comment on it further but check with their support if you are lacking any specifics in your account that may be needed to start leverage.

Also check the posts by @sheenshane and @hd49728 - some good information is provided there.

Not your keys, not your coins!
The list of leveraged exchanges from cryptowisser: https://www.cryptowisser.com/exchanges/leveraged/

PrimeXBT and Bybit are rising and BitMex might lose its position to two younger leveraged exchanges after their law suits in 2019 (Cascade effect liquidations) and KYC for all customers months ago.
