When I starting on the forum and the world of bitcoin most of the members recommend me the use of the electrum and as for now this is the only one I'm using with for a long time, if you are planning to try the electrum you can visit it here Electrum downloads I've been using the pc version and one important thing is the seed always store and make a lot of paper copy of your seed ( not recommend store online ). I want to share my experience too because having a hard time on my drive it corrupt but the good thing is I store the seed and try to their mobile version which it is Electrum bitcoin wallet then upon using seed it does not require the password instead only the seed itself so just give you a tip how important it is than your password.

does Bluewallet have a custom fee feature because so far I have been using exodus and unstoppable and want to try other wallets that have features that provide LN.

thanks in advance.

I just started trying out Bluewalleet last week for my mobile Bitcoin spending needs.  So far I'm pretty happy with it.  Yes, it does provide a custom fee feature.

snip
I've installed Bluewallet and it's true that it has a custom fee feature.  I haven't tried to make a transaction, hope there are no problems.

Previously I was using Mycelium, however I encountered a bug twice where I scanned a QR code, and the Mycelium wallet sent the payment TWICE! The first time I thought maybe I did something wrong, but the second time I was certain that it was the wallet. I found this completely unacceptable and immediately started looking for a new iOS mobile wallet.
I noticed that too on Mycelium (Android), right after paying a QR-code, Mycelium still shows the option to send the payment. I've encountered it twice, but didn't click it so didn't send it twice.
seeing from your (both) experience it seems that this is a weakness (some kind of bug) in the mycelium....didn't dare to use it

These are probably the preferred options for security and reliability purposes but judging the previous thread created by the OP it looks like he is only using his mobile phone while using the blockchain.com wallet app so I assume that he is looking for another mobile wallet app alternative rather than a desktop or hardware wallet.
If he is looking for a different mobile wallet, OP should take a look at Mycelium or BlueWallet.
Especially BlueWallet looks really interesting with all its features: RBF, CPFP, coin control, lightning network, compatible with hardware wallets, support for passphrases...

Looking at their website right now, they seem to have a marketplace where you can purchase stuff using the LN network. That is definitely worth checking out.
I see you highly recommend bluewallet.  btw, does Bluewallet have a custom fee feature because so far I have been using exodus and unstoppable and want to try other wallets that have features that provide LN.

For a small amount, I used Electrum and for a huge amount, it's always recommendable to use a Hardware wallet, and here is a " [BIG LIST] Hardware wallets (80+)".  You can do research on your own.

As much as I want to recommend the mobile version of Electrum it is not one of the most user-friendly UIs out there as compared to its desktop version so I think the best way to go is to go check for custodial wallets like Coinbase which is pretty similar to what he is using now. Also @OP if you have trouble on your real balance not showing in your wallet I have found this support page in Blockchain's website and maybe you can help yourself on identifying your problem since we don't know the full details on why your real balance is not reflecting.

which other bitcoin wallet is best? and which one you are using?
I admit that before I'm using this Blockchain.com wallet to receive my signature earning but fortunately, I've learned that it is good if you have control over your private key.  As they always said in a golden rule of holding Bitcoin, "Not your Keys, Not your Coins", so, I switching of to Electrum which is a free but open-source feature.

I tend to agree with @DannyHamilton, it always depends, depending on how large it is or it depends on how you trust that the wallet you've used.

The best wallet is that one which holds a huge bunch of BTC, say at least 1000. But speaking seriously I would place on the first place hardware wallet namely  Ledger Nano X/s because its degree of protection, fault tolerance  and readiness to connect to almost all software wallets  which allow connections to HW.

I am using electrum on both my desktop and at my android for years now since I had issues with coinbase, There are reasons to choose electrum over other if you are planning to hold few hundreds to thousands USDs worth of bitcoin like light weight, open source, easy UI, Importantly availability on Android because I am using more of my Electrum to trade with people from my mobile itself from anywhere.

Asking "What is the best wallet?" is a bit like asking "What is the best car?"

The answer will always be "It depends."

For the car, there are so many variables.  Just a few for example:
  • Will you take it off-road?
  • How many people in your family?
  • How many miles per year do you drive?
  • Do you need to tow anything? If so, what?
  • Do you need haul cargo? If so, what?
  • How important are comforts (automatic transmission, A/C, Radio, Entertainment system, power windows & locks, remote start, heated seats, etc)?
  • How important is acceleration?
  • What is an acceptable top speed for you?
  • What colors are (or are not) acceptable?
and so on..

For the Wallet, you'll also have many variables. For example:
  • What's the maximum value you intend to hold in the wallet at any moment in time
  • How often will you be receiving bitcoins?
  • How often will you be sending transactions?
  • Do you know how to make good fee choices on your own?
  • Do you need access to your private keys?
  • Do you trust yourself to make and maintain a secure backup?
  • Do you need access to the bitcoins while you are out and about (mobile device)?
  • Are you willing to deal with the inconvenience of requiring a separate device just for sending bitcoin transactions?
  • What operation system are you using?
  • Do you want access to Lightning Network?
and so on...

I will strongly discourage any close source wallet, it will be best to go for open source wallet that its code is available for the public to see. Althought, there is just one exception which is not completely close source, the Ledger Nano.

Hardware wallet
1. Trezor model one
2. Trezor model T
3. Ledger Nano X
4. Ledger Nano S
5. Coldcard (but more complicated to use)

Online wallets
1. Mycelium mobile wallet
2. Electrum desktop wallet

LoyceV has pointed out a very useful site that you can use to suggest a good wallet for you, but I will advice you to make sure the wallets are not close source. Also, never go for custodial wallet, not your key not your coin.

Is that 22 USD is your total wallet balance?

Did you log in on their web version?

I suggest you try to access the Blockchain wallet through their app you can download them directly to Playstore but be careful on some fake Blockchain wallet or I put the link here below.

It might be just a bug so using the app might show the correct balance when you swap. Their web version sometimes buggy that's why I suggested you to try it on their mobile app.

About for best wallet, it's already mentioned above just adding this below, it should be worth reading.

i am using blockchain for last 7 years
I assume you mean blockchain.info (nowadays .com), right?

Quote
i have 22 USD in my wallet but i cant send them or swap them. coz its not showing in maximum balance
maximum balance is showing just 0.05$
This is probably caused by a few inputs and transaction fees. In that case, you should read How to consolidate small inputs at low fees.

which other bitcoin wallet is best?
The most likely answer is probably Electrum.

Quote
and which one you are using?
Many. But there's no point in showing a list here. See Choose your Bitcoin wallet for a comparison.
