To boldly go where no rabbit has gone before...
According my research, currently Solana blockchain has the highest TPS, that can handle up to 50,000 transaction persecond with lowest fee Average $0.00001 by finalty times 0.4 second, and the second blockchain network is Avalanche with TPS 4,500 with finalty times 1-5 second and the fee of transaction also lower than ETH average $0.03. These both has high potential to become the next of ETH or BNB.

Why would they become "the next ETH?". Just by saying that, you're proving ETH is better than both of them.
IMO, all these chains will be bridged and interoperable. No need for a "chain" killer

Who Scales It Best? Blockchains' TPS Analysis (2019)

TPS can be used to shill projects and a project with high TPS does not mean it is good. I found that article about TPS in which the author mentioned FLETA has a highest TPS (15,000 TPS)

Measuring the number of TPS a blockchain network has, is useful to determine its scalability in the long term. The higher the number of TPS, the less decentralized a blockchain network will be. I'd only use blockchains with high TPS for micropayments as they're often less secure than Bitcoin. The pioneer cryptocurrency may be slow and expensive at times, but none can outmatch its level of decentralization and censorship-resistance.

It's good to know that FLETA is one of the highest-performing blockchain networks on the crypto space. We're going to have to see whenever the project will live up to its claims of processing 15k TPS or not. With proven results, FLETA could take the world by storm. Don't expect to use it seriously as a store of value or long term investment because of the reasons mentioned earlier. As long as we have various high-performing blockchain networks, crypto can go well into the mainstream. This is good for Bitcoin since network congestion is reduced to a minimum as people flock into competing blockchain networks. Depending on your needs, will be the type of cryptocurrency to use for mainstream payments. With or without high TPS, the crypto/Blockchain space will only get bigger over time. Just my thoughts Grin

Harmony ONE will reach 2million TPS. It is the best blockchain out there.
it sounds BS for me and i don't even think that's a real TPS. there's no actual audit about that. It's still a speculation dude and none able to reach 2 million TPS. one just reminds me with some garbage blockchain like eos which already giving a very non sense result on its testnet and so many people have been putting very big expectation and it doesn't meet what they have expected before.
If it's still in test net and it must not be counted.

Yeah, remember this post of yours for the future. Cheesy Harmony is not a test net, it has working cross chain bridges already. It is so cheap now and you will be buying it at 2$.
Great! Now that's shilling already if you are marketing and even talk about the price of each coin.  Roll Eyes

TPS. I don't really look deep into this kind of setting of each blockchain because it's sufficient for me if my transactions will just go in.
BSC is all I know with high TPS because of new projects inserting BEP20 as the chain for cheaper and faster transactions.
Without Ethereum or let's just say because of the high traffic and transaction fee of it, BSC had taken control of most transactions from DeFi, NFT's, and even from one exchange to the other.

Is TPS important? Yes. Should it be judged how good a project will be? At some part and in the long run.
But cryptocurrencies should still aim for security first. A bigger slice of pie to determine the value with that.

TPS without use cases and idea is useless metric. Im not sure that it can tell you anything about the project
True and these gimmicky TPS are only at peak testing and by increasing TPS as much as a blockchain can it means they are sacrificing something whether from security or anything else not to mention most of the coins who advertising such high TPS will never use a quarter of that capability, high TPS without overflowing traffic means it's no use since lets be real, who cares if a blockchain has 10 million TPS capability but no one uses it.

TPS without use cases and idea is useless metric.
I agree. I remember when there were projects claiming they were the best for having high TPS but when the real problem existed and being countered, they weren't able to scale it.

Im not sure that it can tell you anything about the project
That is for sure, TPS isn't the feature that a coin will tell how reliable or how bad it is. This is just another way of estimating that how many transactions it can do but the real world use case is still what matters most.

Totally agree. Every TPS was "claimed", whether by ETH, XRP, BNB... is unreliable until it is proven through reality. ETH was stucked by a small game CryptoKitties. BNB smart chain was also stucked a couple of weeks ago. An unfamiliar blockchain like Fleta can claim it has a huge TPS but who's gonna verify that?

Some people say Solana is the fastest blockchain. That's because they compare it with other slower blockchain (mostly via swap). But they don't have chance to compare it with other blockchain that claimed to have higher TPS such as Fleta. So, I think the TPS comparison doesn't make sense. At least, it should be comparison between well known and well used blockchain like ETH, BSC, SOL, MATIC...

We need to look at the truth, which is present. What will happen in the future may not happen.

There is a Blockchain trilemma b/w security, speed and decentralization. You can increase speed but at the cost of security and decentralization. Blockchains like EOS have high TPS but they are less secure and centralized while BTC has low TPS but its secure and decentralized.

EOS has high speed? Who told you that. I think Solana has the highest speed now and next is BSC in my experience.

I just checked the value of Fleta and the truth is that this project has dropped in price horribly. Perhaps TPS is not too necessary because the needs of users only need about 1k -10kTPS.
We need more functionality for a coin to use like implementing smart contracts and DAPPs on its blockchain.

Im not sure about that because he was asking for the which the most scalable blockchain right now. It has nothing to do with usecase and it might be the different case.

The solana blockchain shoulod become the most scalable blockchain right now. It can perform up to 29k TPS in the latest test. Fieta is not the most scalable blockchain right now. You can check it solana blockchain dude.
I hope this will give you a small insight

As far I know, the new token/coins right now will bring the issue such as fast transaction (TPS), but they will hard to put them all to the market because the product is still new, some investor won't to take a risk. I will take the top 10 coin market cap which Hingest TPS is XRP (ripple) which can handle 1500 transactions/second. But the better is QTUM (which can handle 10,000 TPS)

I guess TRON projects was the proven blockchain with highest transactions per second while others with more TPS are yet to prove since no one using such kind of blockchain in the real world. TRON can get upto 2000 Transactions which also has the lowest fee and it almost near to zero.

Solana is still said to be a new project from existing blockchain projects, therefore there are still very few transactions and of course there are still no problems such as a sudden spike in transactions, therefore Solana can still be said to be safe, but I am sure when it is running more from 1 year will inevitably encounter problems with transactions that usually occur on all existing blockchains.

There are many cryptocurrencies which claim to be faster than others with a high number of TPS. Most projects use this tactic to attract investors into them. Yet, they've been unable to prove their claims up to this point with solid, concrete results. It's still the day where we're bound to see a blockchain network able to reach well above 1,000 TPS backed by years of research and development. The real challenge would be balancing between decentralization and scalability. With a high number of transactions being processed on the Blockchain, I doubt it'll remain decentralized in the long term.

Which blockchain network has been proven to have the highest TPS? Any info you can provide on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
