Mostly the technical stuff (Bitcoin Technical Support, Development & Technical Discussion), followed by Meta for news and occasionally dropping by at Beginners & Help.

Recently I've started to keep track of the German local boards again just to see what my local community is up to.

I often try to go beyond my primary interests and check even less frequented sections to see if I can learn anything new,

There can be some interesting gems found occasionally even among the often spammed sections like Altcoin Speculation or Gambling Discussion...

The local Turkish board also offers some very colorful and unique perspectives Smiley,  so I'm frequently there as well.

Any Bitcoin related board except Bitcoin discussions, Beginners & Help and Meta. I hang out at two local boards as well but I haven't been active in the local sections as much as I was before. I started visiting the Services section just to see what people are offering but I am not posting there.

I post a lot in meta, so I would be correct if I said its my favorite section, it's that because you hardly find shitposts in here, except when a new forum policy is implemented, like the new merit requirements, then for a few weeks we could have newbies whining about everything, other than that, meta is a great board for good discussions.

I also frequent bitcoin discussion and beginners and help board, my love for sports wouldn't allow me stay away from soccer threads in the gambling section, I love all the aforementioned sections, the forum is indeed a great place to air ones views.

I always feel good when I visit the Bitcoin Technical Stuff and other related board and their subforum, although I hardly be seen to post there. I read a lot of stuff there, because I'm trying to learn more about bitcoin technically.
Sometimes I visit the gambling section, post if I get something interesting to share and looks around who is betting on whom. Try to get their point and evaluate everything when I place a bet.
Economy is one of my favorite section, it's the one where I can gather a lot of information and knowledge on broader level economy (macro).
These are of my interest but I visit some more other section as well.

1.) Beginners and Help - Tried helping others and have also learned quite a bit there
2.) Meta - No reason, just wanted to hang out here and watch others post
3.) Economics/Speculation - Pretty enjoyable discussions at times.
4.) Gambling Discussion - I don't gamble, but I do often look around some of the latest news regarding sports
5.) Development and Technical Discussion - more on learning instead of Posting.

i was interested in altcoin boards (discussions and announcements) but each time i visit those boards i am disappointed as the discussions are always about pump and dumps and the announcements are just advertisements to get more pumps. there is nothing "technical" found in discussions and the "technical" introductions in announcements is not as much as you'd like it to be. it is usually a vague hype comment to make the coin look good.

I often visit the Pilipinas board to get to know the newly created thread and to make a post as I'm comfortable there. I'm just visiting Meta to get updated from what is recent activities in our forum. Lately, I'm on the gambling discussion to enjoy the happenings today NBA season.

My interests on the forum has changed quite a bit; I used to be very interested in the altcoin section, but I now fancy, meta, economics, beginner's and help (to some extent) and very recently the gambling discussion board and reputation.
I also visit the more technical boards, but do mostly reading with little or no comments.

I very frequently visit Beginners and help, Gambling discussion, Marketplace and Meta. On beginners and help board I try to help newbies, I also often find some useful stuff for me. I also watch sports a lot and I like to bet on it, so not big surprise that I post often on Gambling discussion. I visit Marketplace not to buy or sell something, but mainly to discuss about services. And on Meta I'm trying to stay up to date what's going on Bitcointalk.
I rarely visit Altcoin board, not just because of spam, but because my interest in alts aren't big currently. I almost never visit Mining and Development and Technical discussion board - it's just not for me.
And I very rarely post on Trading discussion and Speculation board - I'm just not such good trader that I would share my insights. Though I check W/O thread sometimes.

They're too full of spam and nonsense posts, although some of the threads start out interesting enough.  I've had Altcoin Discussion and the rest of them on ignore for a long time now, and it's unfortunate that I have to do that.  Same thing with Bitcoin Discussion.
Agree with you and its really annoying to see spammers continuous activity on both section. Specially most of the spammers love to do their cheap activity in "Altcoin discussion" and its really unexpected. Sometime i feel so funny when i find some kind of topics where its pretty much hard to understand the reason of opening that post. Most probably in some cases thread poster don't know by himself what does he want. I think we haven't got much better option rather than ignoring this kinda meaningless post.

I am not telling that entire "Altcoin discussion" is the store house of spammers but anyone will be able to detect much spammers here rather than most of the section of bitcointalk.

Speculation is kind of a spammy section but not nearly as bad as some of the others, and I like reading some of the threads there just to get the feel of the market.  You can tell when things are bearish or bullish by the feel of the threads and posts therein.
Thank you so much for giving valuable personal experience with Speculation board, that I has never visited. You opened my mind a little bit with that post, and I will spend some of my time to read around that board.

It is good to have a board from which I can get general emotional and psychological aspect of most investors. It is very helpful for my decisions.

Altcoins
I hardly go to the Altcoin section as it is full of really long spammy threads without any constructive posts.

Meta

I go to Meta very frequently, mostly to see the analysis, collected data presentations done by LoyceV, DdmrDdmr. And also I enjoy most of the discussions happening in the Meta thread as spammers tend to stay away from the Meta section out of the fear of getting nuked.

Bitcoin
From the Bitcoins section, I only read Bitcoin discussion and TBH I skip most of the threads.

Beginners & Help
I go here to check whether if there are valuable threads with good questions which might give a new insight to me as well. I enjoy the constructive answers for quality posts and also the hard bashings for spammy threads given by the senior members.

Serious Discussion
I enjoy Ivory Tower discussion to some extend.

Market Place
I frequently go to the Market Place section, not to buy or sell anything but to be amazed by the services out there. I always wonder how these members are in possession of this much amount of Bitcoins,  Altcoins.

Yep, That is all, I guess!

Altcoin Discussion (A very lucrative area. I like to read analysis.)
Ugh.  I have a passing interest in altcoins, but I can't stand any of the altcoin sections here.  They're too full of spam and nonsense posts, although some of the threads start out interesting enough.  I've had Altcoin Discussion and the rest of them on ignore for a long time now, and it's unfortunate that I have to do that.  Same thing with Bitcoin Discussion.

I mostly read and post stuff in Meta, Reputation, Economics, and Speculation.  I've always enjoyed the goings-on of the forum, even when I was a newbie so Meta & Reputation are where I generally hang out.  There are some excellent topics in Economics, especially news quotes from Hydrogen along with his commentary--plus it's usually higher-ranked members replying to them with thoughtful posts.  That makes all the difference.

Speculation is kind of a spammy section but not nearly as bad as some of the others, and I like reading some of the threads there just to get the feel of the market.  You can tell when things are bearish or bullish by the feel of the threads and posts therein.

And that's about it.  The Currency Exchange section is extremely useful for me, but it isn't like I post there just for fun.
