Guys,

Thanks for your feedback and different opinion. I decided to use ChatWing because of it's service excellency. Many new features have been added recently. Also you can redesign, change chat room color, font, sending private message, banned users and many more. Also there is a latest update for the iPhone and iPad users.

I heard something like chatfeed or livechat or  such which was best to use for professional sites, they do charge you but are good enough.

you can always run a jabber server and use a client from your website (for example converse.js)

Hello all,

I have a question to all. Which chat app do you use for your website to communicate with lot's of people/customers at a time? I recently build a new website and want to set up chatroom onto it. I have heard about ChatWing is good so far. Am I right? Please let me know.
