OP I can't vouch for any of these coins and how reliable they could be at any moment, it's crazy how people hurriedly give out suggestions on what coin will do well or have a bull run and yet they haven't made some significant profits in their own trading history having such technical know how and certainty. OP it would be better you observe for yourself and do a follow up on any coin of your interest and initiate your trade based on the outcome you're might be expecting as profit from when to when. All of these is just a simple calculation we can do for ourselves stead of relying on people's opinions leading you to more confusion.

first and foremost, eliminate from your choices the terra luna classic, i don't think this is still worth your investments. based from the list, it is indeed hard to suggest any of those staking coins. much better if you streamline your options and start from there in searching about their current developments. assess its future potential in the market. do they have long term plans or they have the inclination to pump and dump and leave?

Yes, they are reliable in long term investments and it will bring you a huge amount of profits that will make you to invest more in the future. Since their price is very low in this season and there is a hope that all those coins will surely increase higher for their investors to experience a positive results from their investments that will attract other people to make the coins their choice in the future.

If it is reliable investment, then engage with stable coins of this industry but never expect for a huge profit. Bigger the risk, bigger the profit. On staking, the usual actions of investors are pulling their stake halfway because letting it stay will just put it into risk. Most of the token's market prices are unstable which adds risk factor basically. The market prices won't continuously increase in a consistent manner. The usual outcome of staking in most of the projects especially new ones, are sudden decline with the price after the end of staking period simply because investors are taking profit before moving to another one. Those who would be left behind will suffer from losses once the token is released to the masses.

Ethereum? I can't believe that ethereum turned into proof of stake, literally staking method of going forward and you didn't even mention it, I get that others still look good, I am not saying that you have to pick ethereum over any other, you could pick these ones as well if you want to and nobody will say that it was a mistake, or maybe they would but you do not have to listen to them.

But why trust wallet does not support ethereum? That one is a bit weird, you don't have to pick it but you have to accept that it is one of the best options out there and should be at least in the consideration. I personally would pick ETH, and would name it the best, maybe that is why I am a little biased about it.

Nothing lasts forever
Whenever you have a list of options and you are confused which to invest in then just pick the top ranking ones and invest in all of them.
For example: from your list, pick 3-5 top ranking ones and invest in all of them and then start staking.
Diversification is the key when it comes to value investing. Diversification lowers the risk of liquidation and gives a better average return.

of the several coins mentioned, my choices are only BNB, SOL and EVMOS. Seeing from the development of BNB which is quite good at the moment, which is able to survive the bear market, I believe BNB can reach its highest price again, maybe touching $ 1000. Meanwhile, EVMOS, which has high staking, can be a reliable coin because the new network is quite popular.
SOLANA is also a great coin, able to bounce back from a slump due to some issues regarding FTX, but is currently recovering.
Whatever coin is chosen, as an investor, you must really know the full specifications and must research whether the coin will provide benefits in the long term or not.

For me, I will try to avoid too high returns with a small market cap.
Among the list, BNB is the high market cap and I can consider that the high market is the better or the safer but expect it to get low returns like APY or APR.
There are lot of scam altcoins that are just baiting their high APY/APR to lure some greedy people and will become scam which is really red flag.

Hello,
The Trust Wallet supporting following coins for staking:

  • Polkadot (DOT)
  • Solana (SOL)
  • NativeEvmos (EVMOS)
  • Osmosis (OSMO)
  • Kava (KAVA)
  • Cosmos (ATOM)
  • Teraa Classic (LUNC)
  • Tezos (XTZ)
  • TRON (TRX)
  • BNB (BNB)
  • Cardano (ADA)
Those coins except LUNA were reliable coins to be staked. By the way, those coins were offering various APY but to be honest, volume must become the main concern here as when you were earning from what you staked and it must have good volume to make it stable. I have no problem with all of coins in the list except luna. We were also still at the bottom. The chance for you to get capital gain once bitcoin will be going back to break another ATH again is bigger now.

The NativeEvmos (EVMOS) staking reward is 97.09% and the Osmosis (OSMO) reward is 23.08%. Are these coins reliable?

Thank you.
Even though osmosis offers lower APY but it can sustain even longer as it has decent volume compared with EVMOS caused by EVMOS's volume is small.

Usually and most of the time the higher the APY the higher risk it is, usually due to the volatility of its price (not really that sure)
Yes, what you earn with APY you are going to lose later with devalution in price of the coin or token. High APY is just a marketing strategy to attract long term holders, but as soon as the first holders receive their initial interest payments, they are going to dump the coin or token's price by selling the generated interest. At some point there won't be enough demand on the market to keep the supply under control, so we see prices crashing and never recovering again to previous levels.

See Zilliqa too with with 15% APY, it is still one of the good coins too.

I am doing only this coin through Atomic Wallet and the 15% APY is super nice, the value of this coin is still low despite many people thinking of this as one of the currencies who may hit it big and even if they don't hit it that big as long as they can go to their all time high again of near 0.27 dollars while now this coin is 0.03 it can make a huge difference to our personal economies if we keep investing money and staking this coin.I personally am mining Zilliqa and every payout I get,I immediately send it to Atomic Wallet and stake them there.

I don't about other coins as I am not familiar with their projects but with this one I am familiar and I only stake this.

It is better to avoid Teraa Classic (LUNC) because it is scam, Solana (SOL) & Polkadot (DOT) are centralized currencies with an unknown future.
TRON (TRX), BNB (BNB), Cardano (ADA) and Cosmos (ATOM) are famous currencies and therefore they are good, but they are not the best, especially with the fluctuation of prices towards the bottom.
I dont know anything about NativeEvmos (EVMOS) so Osmosis (OSMO) maybe the best.

BNB and Tezos XTZ are my choices but I prioritize BNB.

If I choose a risky altcoin for staking, it's Terra Classic $LUNC. That token had months in the hell and in future, I really expect it to rise in 2024 or 2025 altcoin bull season. BNB is better because it is less risky but if you look for chance to have things like x20, x50, it's $LUNC.
The same choice, I'm into BNB and bought a handful of it when it dropped. I know that many doesn't like Lunc but I understand anyone who's going and willing to bet for it while buying a few bucks for it.

With BNB, I expect the token to move to about $2000 or $3000 in 2024 and 2025 bull run. If all attacks against Binance, BNB and BUSD in coming months fail, the token will have a very big bull run in future.
It's also having like an Ethereum run who follows bitcoin nowadays. I'm also expecting it for some push but maybe after the halving just as what everyone anticipates to happen for the majority of the crypto in the market.

Personally, I really like staking coins. I have half of the above in my portfolio. However, I am cautious about projects that offer a relatively high staking reward, i.e. >20%. It must be remembered that such a % causes high inflation and then it is difficult to count on an increase in price over time. For the price to increase, it must be a really promising project in the long term. A good example of such a coin seems to be the aforementioned Cosmos(ATOM), which offers staking of about 20-22%, the price is quite stable, and the project is constantly developing.

Yes, they are reliable coins which investors need to embrace in this bearish season to invest a huge amount of money and hold for their price to hit higher in the market before they can release them for sale.  I  have invested in BNB, ADA and TRON that made me comfortable with my investment this year, because I know Bitcoin price will definitely increase higher before the half of this year, because whenever the price of Bitcoin is pumping BNB, ADA and TRON will be pumping too. Those that invested in ADA, BNB, TRON and Solana few months ago will not miss their reward from their investment, because all those coins are potential coins that will bring something special to their investors soon.

I'm not very familiar with lesser-known altcoins like those that have been mentioned (OSMO, EVMOS, KAVA etc.); some may provide a higher APY, but the impermanent loss risk is way higher. In my opinion, BNB offers a relatively safe investment and can be used in combination with other coins or even stablecoins, rendering it a safer investment, especially if a stablecoin such as USDT or BUSD is used. However, don't expect miracles in terms of yield; the greater the risk, the higher the APY.

APY could be high for reasons, despite some massive APY that they offered I'd still prefer BNB, there were many airdrops and stake program coming from binance for BNB holders, I think that's enough reason, the price of BNB could also hardly tank.
the thing with staking with massive APY is that it could very well be just an illusion, imagine having such massive APY but the price tanks you're just quite literally wasting your time and money away.
there has been so many cases like that when staking some coin with massive APY so I'd just go with the BNB.
after all even some of the coins that usually you can get as a reward for holding BNB could be increasing in term of value because it's only few selected good quality coin by binance.

Osmosis is a pretty big project already in my opinion and therefore i would say, that this coin is definitely a reliable one. By reliable i obviously mean that the chances of going out of service or even doing a rug pull or some other kind of scam are very low in comparison to shitcoins. Of course that does not mean that the price of Osmosis will always be at the current level or even rise, because you don't know this about any token out there.
Cosmos is also a pretty good project in my opinion that is also offering nice rewards for stakers. I was also thinking about buying some NEAR and also staking them, but then they did a x2 within a few days and now i hesitate to buy them obviously, but there are quite a few good and established projects out there that are offering nice staking APY's.

AFAIK, Kava is one of the highest APY out there. But if it's going to be the choice, I've done it with BNB and even if I'm not that stacked with it, I'm happily earning as I stake it.
Yeah, there are risks with staking all of them in any platforms that you don't have the keys and that's why choose the wallet or platform where you're holding the keys of your wallet.

On that list I think BNB is probably your best bet, and I believe there’s a strong chance BNB hits $0 in a massive implosion a la FTT at some point in time. You could maybe make the argument that Solana might not be a bad choice either but they’re all bad to be honest. Your best bet is to stack sats and stop thinking there’s a free ride to endless income.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
Usually and most of the time the higher the APY the higher risk it is, usually due to the volatility of its price (not really that sure) but if I am going to stake on the list that you have I would probably go along with SOL and BNB and DOT as those are some of the projects that you would know would be there and still doing a good progress or performance after a year or so, but if you really like reliable coin for staking I would go stake with the ETH v.2
Let us take Solana and Osmosis for example

Solana: 6.5% APY
Osmosis: 22% APY

Solana falled from $260 in October 2021 to $8 in December 2022
Osmosis falled from falled from $12.5 to $0.6 in just December 2022.

But if we check the volatility, they are both very risky. You may be correct, but not applicable to all coins. If I see a coin with more than 30% APY, probably your statement is true about those ones.

See Zilliqa too with with 15% APY, it is still one of the good coins too.

When is the next significant bull run?
The potential of the Osmosis is more or Kava or Polkadot?
Nobody knows when next would be a significant bull run, but if you use bitcoin halving for it, it would be 2024/2025. But we only use past events to be predicting what could probably happen in the future.

I do not know about Kava, but Polkadot is a great coin, osmosis may not be like Polkadot because Polkadot is stronger, but that does not mean that osmosis is not a good project too.

I do not know about EVMOS than the coin did not pump during this last bull run. Osmosis pumped from around $0.6 to $1.25.
Evmos was bigger on apy compared to osmo, but you are right, they didnt ride the pumping during the last wave of bullish. I am doing staking of evmos and I could say that they are still in good shape and lots of upcoming progress and development update from the team. Ive got my tokens from airdrop so I am just staking it freely on their platform through metamask. I believe they are still a low cap gem that need to watch out in the future. They only need more exposure and additional dapps to have gain more activities on their network.

Osmosis is a good project, the staking is around 20 to 22% APY. Osmosis is a decentralized exchange for Cosmos (Atom) and I believe the coin will at least go 10x in the next significant bull run, that is my guess.
