Usually and most of the time the higher the APY the higher risk it is, usually due to the volatility of its price (not really that sure) but if I am going to stake on the list that you have I would probably go along with SOL and BNB and DOT as those are some of the projects that you would know would be there and still doing a good progress or performance after a year or so, but if you really like reliable coin for staking I would go stake with the ETH v.2
Let us take Solana and Osmosis for example
Solana: 6.5% APY
Osmosis: 22% APY
Solana falled from $260 in October 2021 to $8 in December 2022
Osmosis falled from falled from $12.5 to $0.6 in just December 2022.
But if we check the volatility, they are both very risky. You may be correct, but not applicable to all coins. If I see a coin with more than 30% APY, probably your statement is true about those ones.
See Zilliqa too with with 15% APY, it is still one of the good coins too.
