I would not trust an electrum wallet, there is too much chance of an "intruder", but in any case I think your list is quite complete. I just did not know the Verge option, that is quite interesting.
You may want to add a warning there that these wallets are not created by ThomasV, the original creator of the wallet because he only develops the one for bitcoin otherwise, It's possible that people would blatantly trust these wallets.

We have Electron for BitcoinCash which is a fork from Electrum but keep in mind that these wallets are only secure as long as your computer is clean from any malware.
As Electrum wallets seems to be the securest way to store coins I looked for a list of coins that have Electrum wallets available but couldn't find anything.
