I think people suggest you holding which are the coins they are holding. So it is better you need to monitor the project progress and decide which you want to offload instead of asking people opinion.
You list got some good coins to hold for a long time like BTC, LTC, ETH, NEo, IOTA, Waves and NEM.
But don't sell based on other people suggestions.
