I have been in this same situation where I need a miner but cannot find one anywhere. After intensive search I stumbled upon this shop around my area. They referred me to their website and I was stunned at the amount of access they have to the best mining machines out there. They have Antminers https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/bitmain-antminer/, Avalon Miners https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/avalon-miner/, Ebang Ebit Miners https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/ebang-ebit-miner/, GoldSHell Miners https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/ebang-ebit-miner/, IbeLink Miners https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/ibelink/, StrongU Miners https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/strongu/, Whatsminers https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/whatsminer/ and some Graphic Cards good for mining https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/whatsminer/. You should absolutely check them ot and thank me later

Innosilicon seems to have stock of the A4.
Try some of the smaller makers perhaps like EBit?

Hello,

Panda and Baikal are all sold out. Bitmain will deliver machines only months ahead.
Are there any other companies that are selling mining machines ?

Thanks.
