You could find whole countries on wiki, it is going faster and faster and everyday this list could be longer. There is a difference between not having a specific country issuing a law against bitcoin and recognizing bitcoin as currency or mean of payment. If we speak about the first, then we have a lot of countries, as for the second, I'm only aware of Japan.
Nigeria also has no law against or for BitcoinBTC, as such, if not on a mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer, Bitcoin is still not recognized as a legal tender for exchange of goods and services though it is a subject debate in her National Assembly
