Gambling will be legal if the online gambling or casino pay their taxes in government thats how gambling can be legal.
Casino site owners wouldn't mind doing it.They can bribe a bunch of corrupt government officials to save taxes as well as get permissions.
Yep i agree with you there are so many corrupt goverenment officials in  each countries. But there are some countries gambling is totally banned so there is no need to bribe. If i have a casion site i prefer to pay taxes than to be illegal

The better way to run a gambling site is by paying taxes to the government, even though it is an illegal activity government will support us. But we have to alert people by setting a notice board like " Don't risk your money". It is their wish whether to gamble or not.

Paying taxes to the government you will run a casino "safely", without the feat to have the site closed, be arrest, pay traffic ticket... But the casino owner and operators profit will be lower and probably the investors return would be lower also.

These alerts about "provably fair", "play wisely", "Don'r risk your money" must be placed on every site, being official or not.

For example running an online gamble site

To the best of my knowledge, aside those countries that are mostly denominated by Muslims or ruled by Islamic laws otherwise known as Islamic states, all other countries accepts gambling with conditions the most common being the minimum age requirement and some licences to run which is mostly expensive as to the online game, the most important is to get an hosting site that cares less what you do with your site. That's all.

I think gambling is legal in Cyprus because I have seen some sites that has got cyprus location address. By the way for starting a bitcoin online gambling site,I dont think there will be any problems. Because most of the countries havent accepted bitcoin as a legal currency . In most of the gambling restricted countries, gambling with money is not allowed. Since bitcoin is still not considered legally as money, one can easily gamble with bitcoins and there wont be any problem, in my opinion.
In fact, they're several online gambling with dice or roulette in which you can pay with Bitcoin, but I think that whoever wants to build a site of this type should investigate very well the regulations to avoid problems and that users can fully trust

Here is a nice map showing online gambling legality.

As you can see in Europe, Canada and large parts of Africa, South and Central America gambling is legal.
You can find some more data here:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/casino-industry-discussion/67433-online-gambling-world-map.html

I can see a lot of red there, according to what I think, because I felt there would be only a few countries where gambling is legal.

Only a few countries will allow gambling as legit, there are many countries still not allowing gambling sites in offline. But people from their countries are still paying online gambling without any problems, maybe in future governments will authorize the license for online gambling.

No country prohibits online gambling unless they received report of fraud such as misappropriation of funds from an investment multiple people to play on gambling sites. If the address of a gambling site is blocked, there are many ways to access the website and this is not the right solution.

Overall offline gambling is legal in many countries that are not so dependent on elements of a particular religion (capitalism and liberal).

Government will not directly supports the gambling because there is high risk involved in it. Suppose if give licence to for setting up gambling means, they need keep some specific rules the in the form of minimum investing and below 18 years are not allowed to gamble. In this way government can restrict some people.

Once if they legalize gambling government will many problems from people because even children will start gambling with bitcoin and as well as fiat currency. Now many countries are telling that alcohol should be taken by the above 18 years age, but still shop keepers are selling to below 18 years people. How can we identify these things happening in market.

I think the country must immediately legalize gambling, in the era of technological advancement and information like this now, of course, makes the rules and the ban on gambling is worth it. better legalize gambling and then state income tax be increased from gambling.
Yes indeed legalize gambling will increase state revenues, and it was great to reach over 10%. But what about the Muslim-majority country? Countries that have a Muslim majority population would have banned gambling because it is against their religion. They do not care about the state income or technological progress because it can be obtained in any other way, because they would maintain their religious traditions. So I think the country has a majority Muslim population or a Muslim country would forever banned the gambling.

The country legalized gambling to my knowledge are: USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and so on.

In all my searches, I have not seen any country that has fully and boldly came out to say 'hey our country is open for gambling without some conditions' even google might not be of much help as the suggestions given will be where the cost of licences can only be afforded by large corporations. My guess is you should contact admin of reputable sites if anyone can be of help.

Gambling I can say that there should be a legal activity, there are many countries that are in state control. There are a few countries or even more that we can count on our own.

Las Vegas, USA

London, England

Monte Carlo, Monaco

How many countries can I say one of them.

Most of the countries will not support gambling because there is high risk involved in it, some government will not support for easy money because out of 100 only 10% people will win the gambling. Gambling is nothing but rotating money in between the people but if government support online website for gambling better you will get licence from the government and they will provide some instruction according to that you need to run the gambling site.

If casinos like las vegas/macau is necessary legality. Because it provides places and buildings. But I think isn't necessary for website.

In fact, almost every country has an illegal gambling sites with large members, and the government just smile and pretend not to know. That doesn't mean a corrupt government. But they tend to move if there is a lot of disturbing reports, or news became virallity in various media.

We need to see one thing. Each one gambling site was closed because of law, it always appears five new sites with same system. That proves there are some government officials/retired generals who were involved in the site. I rarely saw the gambling sites owner were arrested, mostly just punish the gambler.

I think almost all countries in Europe and America have legalized gambling, not just limited to the city. We can see that the gambling sites became the official sponsor of the sports club such as soccer, basketball, boxing and so on. In addition, the gambling sites are also free to advertise in a variety of official media, it is certainly beneficial for the country, because it could get taxes from gambling.

There are still many cities in the European countries where gambling is illegal and some are planning to get it banned. It is limited to cities too while online gambling websites like poker were considered illegal sometime back. The laws for online gambling differs a lot from offline casinos and here in my country India, online gambling is also considered illegal and punishable but some websites have got a license like Rummy. Don't know what exactly is the law.

Gambling must be a legal activity under state control.
However, because it is a clear structure, it can be used to raise illegal money.
Illegal income can be shown as gambling gain.
For this reason,
They do not want casinos to be part of the country's economy.

If you are running an online site, you have to worry about which country your users are from as well.
There is a reason why some websites block US IP addresses.
what is the reason for blocking US IP addresses. Is it illegal to gamble online in America ?

Even in India it all depends upon what laws specific states has. If you look at goa gambling is legal and you could find casinos over there.i am not sure about the rest of the regions.May be Rummy sites do take gaming license as there are no specific rule regarding that i guess. If at all if there is anything its not clear and i am sure there are loop holes in our law Smiley

I believe Curaçao, A lot of casino websites have their gambling license from that Country and it also seems to be easy to obtain.
I heard almost all of these online bitcoin casinos obtain a license from there. The laws must be very lax that anyone can get one from there. Even if you sign up your dog he will get one I bet! Cheesy

As I know there aren't many countries were gambling is legal. A colleague told me that Australia laws permit online gambling. I cannot confirm that and as all of us know what is permitted today is prohibited tomorrow. Furthermore there are countries with more lenient laws in sport betting if the owners of these sites pay taxes in these countries.

f you are starting a crypto related casino (online) the you can start it from any country without any worry as with crypto payment system no one will trace your location and you will face no any hurdle from any state.

This is internet. Everything can be traceable. You have a chance to not to be revealed if you just hold your bitcoins but as soon as you create a website and open a casino... It is over. You reveal yourself. It is not a big deal unless you do an incredibly illegal stuff though. Just setup a vpn system and make your payments with bitcoin and you will be fine.

Thus it really matter that gambling to became legal? i think in las vegas gambling was legal but not in terms of cryptocurrency.i think there is no legal form of gambling sites in the internet. just make sure that your not greedy to gamble all you have. just take the risk what ever you can afford to lose. tracing you via IP address is possible but i think doing gambling online was more safe than going to the real place like casino.

In Canada it is not prohobited but you have to get a licence. The same holds for France and the UK. When I looked at statistics I fot surprised that it is illegal in so many countries, because people gamble anyway. In Israel were is a funny situation with it. Gambling is prohibited unless it is Israeli national lottery and Sports Gambling controlled by the government.

In Bulgaria people always find back doors in law rules. My point is that until few years ago it was absolutely normal to bet online and the number of companies offering were increasing all the way to the max:) It's not secret that people here like to gamble with everything. Unfortunately for these people the law was changed ( not quite sure how exactly ) but betting companies decreased in times. One friend of mine lost large amount of money that way:) Even though i believe that the way.

The Netherlands I guess because for the simple reason of allowing prostitutes and weeds to be legal in their country.  Another guess would be Macau because there were lot of casinos there.  And I think you can still put up a gambling site whether it is illegal or legal in any parts of the world.

f you are starting a crypto related casino (online) the you can start it from any country without any worry as with crypto payment system no one will trace your location and you will face no any hurdle from any state.
Wouldn't this be incorrect ? I remember sites like Justdice had to be shut down because of problems in the country the developer was from.

Just use a off-shore hosting provider that remains online 99.9% of the time and have backup's ready just in case you have to relocate your database to a new host.

If you are running an online site, you have to worry about which country your users are from as well.
There is a reason why some websites block US IP addresses.

If you pay taxes all are legal! The problem is witch are the lowest ones! And a search on google gives you the answear!

No, that's not true. Gambling is still either monopoly in some countries or forbidden completely. However there's no place for Bitcoin in law right now, so you can run a site from almost anywhere. Internet is full of everything you can find.
