Hey guys

Which crypto news and media sites do you use the most

Looking for recommendations to expand on the handful I currently read

Thanks

Rob

Personally, I stay away from public media to utilize as a source of news for crypto. I find most of them have sponsored and paid articles and others are used as a measure of bounty for content creation.

To gather my news and story, I mostly follow reddit, twitter and the TG/Twitter accounts of the ALTs I have invested in.

Cointelegraph...
Coindesk...
The merkle, ...
Bloomberg and cnbc ...
... Cryptopanic (https://cryptopanic.com/)....

This two post this is a pure summary of news sites I use for cryptocurrencies. I would only add all social media sites like Reddit, Medium, Slack, Telegram, Twitter, Steem.

i think the best source for altcoins it's official telegram and official twitter so any updates you will get it faster than any news website , and also Cointelegraph.com is good source for news .

I do not really trust different news channels.  I try to watch the news on coins on the official pages on Twitter or  Medium.  Sometimes I can go to http://coinmarketcal.com.  But rarely. I visit the forum several times a day, and here I see a lot of news.

I do not have specific site where I read news. Most of the new things I see
here first. Then I search about news and I try to check it on several places.
Sometimes articles are the same.
We can not have full trust in any news site. I felt that on my skin. This forum
have awesome members, couple times until now I was saved cause I posted a
comment here with questions and got great answers.
What ever you read and where ever, try to come back on forum for final review.
That helped me many times, and others too. Use this forum cause this forum is the
best place to check any information.

Personally, I read only Twitter, it's official twitter, because there is a risk to run into fake news, which certainly does not work out, and you just fly with your analysis of a particular project, so I think that Twitter is a very cool resource, to learn the news about crypto-currencies

Definitely because of lots of fuding nowadays it's hard to filter what's real and what just shit. So following their own twitter account you can see how thing goes on as well as their facebook pages. Also every morning I read some cointelegraph's article to see what's up and some posts in reddit to feed myself.

Although I had to do some research to make this list even better, most of the blogs you’ll see in this posts are the ones I follow regularly and were in some cases I am even signed up for their email newsletters.
It’s important to note that this post is not structured hierarchically. This means that the first blog on this list is not necessarily the best, and the last one is not the worst. On this list, you’ll only find the best of the best. And although all blogs are slightly different, it’s the small differences that make them unique.

I don’t know better and more informative site than Coinmarketcap. This is the place there all necessary information could be found. So use it please. Of course there are some other sites but Coinmarketcap is the first.

I read the site of the Cointegraph and watch its YouTube channel.
As for me, this is a great combination of news, knowledge and entertainment content.
The crypto world is not boring! I especially like their design pictures.  Cheesy

As in everything else, don't rely on a single source. Therefore, I google every day "Cryptocurrency" and go the news section. There you will see the top news and at a quick glance, you will get the general idea of what has the crypto world been up to lately. Then I start reading the things that catch my attention. But since all the posts are trending, everything around there is worth following.
Well, when i googled "Cryptocurrency", you can see many bias data that can make you confuse.
Maybe you can share more specific reading source for your information about "Cryptocurrency"?

I dont really rely with these crypto news sites because most of them are getting paid for the fake news they are spreading,FUD spreads because of these website they are getting paid by these big players who wants to create panic at the market,so these weak hands will do panic selling to then another bloodbath will happen so these players could buy cheaper altcoins in the market.

Top site of crypto news is coindesk, which is suggested by google chrome. I read the site for crypto news maximum time.
But I also read cointelegram, its also better.
You can read steemit article and reddit article/post, it will help you a lot.

Cointelegraph but it's an awful site. Sometimes there is an article that promoted scam project or cloudmining site.

There is no filter about the article. This looks weird for a popular site just like cointelegraph.

Coindesk as a brother of cointelegraph but it's less active than cointelegraph.

The merkle, there is a lot of review on there and it based on honest analyzation and I like that.

Bloomberg and cnbc but it can be manipulated by other party.

The best source on any coin is official tweeters of the projects, only there you will find clear announcement without someone's subjective opinion that I personally wouldn't trust. Or maybe also official slack and telegram groups.

Mostly I read https://www.coindesk.com/ but I am trying to read other sites and read an articles regarding the Crypto world. Also, I watch a lot of you tube videos. I could recommend Ivan on tech if you want to watch a tech videos. In the videos he explains the technology part and it is very interesting for me. I am not a programmer, but I have a bear understanding of programing and I learn a lot of him.
P.S. I am not making and advertise of Ivan, just recommend him for technical videos  Grin

I dont quite follow these news sites because most of them are getteing paid to spread some fake news or FUDs,so these big players would buyback these solid altcoins when a bloodbath happens. This is thei strategy, paying these news websites then creating a panic to the community, then people will start to panic sell that will result into a massive market crash.
