all the wallet you say are good, better if we use the official wallet, because it is very safe. if you want another wallet, I think the hardware wallet is the right choice.

I see many are suggesting MEW, but isn't only accessible from a web explorer?

Coinomi looks good and supports lots of cryptos, but what about less famous altcoins?

May not be what you are looking for - Android - but as far as wallets I am very happy with MetaMask.  I also use MyEtherWallet.  They are straightforward and secure.

Isn't it connected to MEW?
You need to purse supported Protocol ERC20. Now these wallets are not very many. You can download a local wallet, but then say goodbye to RAM and get ready to donate 60-120 gigabytes on the hard drive

Coinomi like exodus equivalent of mobile, multiple altcoins all derived from same 12 words seed. It's good and simple to use, it does support ERC20 tokens too. Blockchain.info doesn't support erc20 and doesn't give access to private keys yet, so I would avoid that for now.

- Blockchain (is it for ETH too?)
Yes blockchain.info is already accepting ETH and they have a wallet for it already so you can count them as your choice.

Is there any other wallet I should try?
You can use MEW (myetherwallet.com) for your own convenience if you just want to hold ETH.

And what's the differences among them?
Others does have other altcoins to hold/accept and MEW only focus with ETH and ERC20 tokens.

Factors to consider while choosing an ethereum wallet:
Level of security, convenience and how quickly do you need to trade.
All secure cryptocurrency wallets need to have private keys, ease of use UI, active development community, compatibility and backup & restore features.
As android apps keeps updating with the new features, you can choose any which meet your requirements.
Yes  Blockchain is for ETH too.

Hi guys,
I'm new here.
I'm looking at different Android wallets for Ethereum, but I don't understand the differences between them.
I found:
- Coinomi
- Eidoo
- imToken
- Blockchain (is it for ETH too?)

Is there any other wallet I should try?
And what's the differences among them?

Thank you! Smiley
