If I'm remembering correctly, Poloniex still has a withdrawal fee of 0.0001.

Still, I wouldn't trust them to send a transaction in a timely fashion at all considering all the complaints of delays recently.

I say just suck it up and use Bittrex.  Their fee is 0.001, and it's not too bad when you're using normal amounts.

Till now I didn't face any problem with Poloniex when performing a withdrawal and at the same time withdrawal fee is also very low.
It's very arrogant of you to assume that a situation is fine just because you are not being affected by it.

Here's just one example of someone talking about an extremely slow withdrawal from Poloniex (8 days).

Closing the trollbox makes it impossible to access the support, because they almost don't exist.  No withdrawals from an exchange should ever be slower than a few minutes unless they suspect that you're doing some shady activities and can reasonably justify it.

Kraken and Bittrex offers BTC0.001 for every withdrawal transaction you make while I think this is cheap and may make your transaction goes faster to confirm. While on Yobit = 0.0015 for every withdrawal transaction

If you withdraw bulk amount from exchanges, this fees not going to hurt you much.

actually the high fee of 0.0025BTC belongs to kraken, i am not using it i just checked them out to see how much it is. if you search you can see it for yourself too!

Why do you even care for withdrawal fees much if you are making good profits from trading as for me most of the time the fees is 2-5% of my profit. I trade on bittrex which takes 0.001 btc fees and so does livecoin. But t
If fees is so important trade on poloniex they take the lowest fees of 0.0001 btc but you get the exact rate on it so that's a down point.

sometimes in the small exchanges that have some coins that are not listed anywhere else i do trading and do it with small amounts of bitcoin, so if they have 10K satoshi fee it is best for me. but mostly i just wanted to know my options to be able to choose better.

Poloniex is the cheapest right now but I don't think they will remain cheapest in future. They might soon renew their fee structure because of huge surge in bitcoin price. They can't put fee from their pocket so definitely they will increase their fee but I hope it will not be ridiculous like others have.
Do you think its still safe to deposit our bitcoin in poloniex i heard some issue many times in poloniex?
And the bad thing that i experience in poloniex i am always receiving  email that someone are log in to my account even i am not logging in to my account.. that is why i move my coins to bittrex. .
If you are seeing such activity in polo than its better to change password in all of your accounts and activate 2FA in them. Your accounts in other sites are also vulnerable if you are using same password or similar password in other sites.

The said issue is not only occuring on polo but aswell as bittrex but just make it sure for yourself that we activate our 2fa so that hacker will not easily breached to our account, And your right with don't use same password to your exchanger site unto the other since I think that is the reason why I am been robbed before.

Polo has the lowest fee but delays withdrawals while cryptopia has a fee of 0.0008 which is the lowest among all the big exchange websites and they add a higher fee for their transactions (0.001-0.0015) which makes them confirm faster. I don't think polo would continue having a low fee when it has to pay a higher miner fee everytime while cryptopia can manage it as of now. Withdrawals are instant and support is also responsive.

Poloniex is working normally. If you see someone else has logged into your account it means someone else knows your password. Poloniex offers 2FA support so you can protect your account with 2FA and even if someone else knows your password he cannot log in to your account. Poloniex still have the lowest fee when withdrawing bitcoin, 0.0001 fee.

You are absolutely correct when you said that poloniex have a withdrawal fees of 0.0001 btc because that is exactly what they charge for their withdrawal process but you are wrong with the assumption of delayed transactions because they are fast and better with most exchange that charges a higher fees.

I withdrew my btc from them today without any problem.
Last time I tried a withdrawal from Poloniex, it took a solid six hours.  All withdrawals I've ever done with Bittrex have happened within five minutes of me authorising the withdrawal via email, only waiting for as long as it takes to get several withdrawals into a batch transaction - all exchanges' withdrawals should be automated, and delayed withdrawals are a terrible sign of what they could be doing with the coins.

Regardless, at no point should we be ignoring the concerns of other people.  There have been several complaints of slow withdrawals from Poloniex recently, especially from those taking out large amounts.

The customer service of all of these services are terrible, but in that kind of situation you choose an exchange that actually works.

I'm hoping that they wont increase their fees too just like others but still understandable if they would really implement it considering on the current situation of bitcoin. For op as been said by most people here, poloniex does have the better bitcoin withdrawal fees.I don't know if they do patch up fees for themselves since those amount of fees does really make slow confirmations.

Poloniex is the cheapest - 10,000 satoshis.

BUT - it seems to be old established accounts that have automatic withdrawals. New accounts need manual approval and they have a backlog because their exchange suddenly got popular.

Bitstamp is likely the only major exchange that still offers their traders free withdrawal fees.

Only negative aspect is that for the average Bitcoiners the 0.25% is a bit on the higher side, which is likely why they still can afford to offer free BTC withdrawals.

Kraken allows people to withdraw at 0.001BTC, but you enjoy that as a maker (you adding liquidity to the market) only pay 0.16% in fees. Taker fees (taking liquidity away from the market) are quite steep at 0.26%.

with the rise of transction fees all the exchanges that i know have increased their withdrawal fees, and some of them even increased it to ridiculously high amounts like 0.0025BTC per transaction!!!

so is there any place that has not yet increased this or has a lower fee?
