If you want to know in terms of interface and good , attractive design go with livecoin , if you want to only trade with altcoins go to yobit as it has more than 200 useless coins listed on it. In terms of security and risk free bitfinex would be best aa when i remember they got hacked they repayed all their customers who lost their money.
Honourable mention poloniex and also stay away from cex.io there verification process is a headache

The best exchange for me is bittrex and poloniex. I usually do the trading in these exchange because I feel secure, easy to use and fastest withdrawals. Mostly these exchange are being used by other traders.

if you want trading with high risk you can trading shitcoin in yobit.net, its fuse trading with gambling. You can gain high profit and lost high profit too
must try Smiley
That is the worst piece of advice you can give to anyone, stay away from shit coins no matter how much profit it can give you at a short time, you never know when you will be the bag holder.
@OP in the past few weeks only bittrex was working fine without any issues while the rest of the sites such as POLO was having a hard time handling the users because of the sudden influx of new users.
Your opinion sounds about to right. It's kinda wasting effort by trading on a site which has higher risk than the rest. Yobit, unfortunately, have had repeatedly said by so many people that it's really fishy.
TBH, there's no way for me to make a trades there. There are so many exchanges out there that give good service, why spending your time and effort in the worst one LOL. doesn't make sense.
but actually, pretty disappointed of few popular exchangers which suddenly have so many newcomers and making the system laggy.

can't say best but cex io is easy one, as you can do deposit by cards, instant buying, also can sell higher price compare to other exchanges

i have only used cex.io for bitcoin/some of the altcoins trading in a long time ago. but i have heard their fiat deposit/withdrawal fees are very high which makes it not such a good idea to use an exchange platform while others exist with lower fees.
and that actually explains their higher price too.

From the question I am sure that you can see that I'm green.

In the recent posts I saw recommendations for: Btc, Ltc, Eth, Etc, Lisk, Xem, Xcr, Aragon, Ripple, and Dodge.  Is there any one exchange that will allow somebody to trade in all of these?

I never search for that coin you've mentioned but what i am sure about here is Poloniex and  bittrex  is the one suits for your findings since this are reputable in trading business world and don't ever put in your mind to trade on yobit since their are numerous of bad claims that they have wallet errors and that could be worse if this matter is oocuring uptill now.

Everybitcoin Exchange is best, but different users expect different features. So it's good to go through the different exchange websites and choose the one that gives the convenience of making perfect trades.

I think you can also trade those altcoin in yobit.net but the support is not so active if you having any issue there it takes too long to responce to fix your issue. what their mention also ok but more on altcoin you can see in yobit..

what others forget to mention is that before choosing any of these exchanegs it is sometimes good that you read their terms of services and rules. for example poloniex will ask you to verify your account and it is located in US so it will need you to follow the AML/KYC rules and will limit your account. it also has a lot of issues whenever the pumps are going on.

similar verification is true for bittrex but with more flexibility and easier rules. it is also based in US IIRC.

c-cex on the other hand doesn't require any kind of verification and it is more flexible with anonymity.
yobit is also the same but i don't recommend using it.

Bittrex and poloniex have a good volume and more players/traders who visited the site from time to time, which coins can be move quicker as they can handle big investment and big value of btc to fiat.

I suggest you bittrex,poloniex,c-cex because these exchange accept only high ranked alt coin and most of the traders are tradding here.but you can also register in another exchange for visiting and getting idea about alt coin price.

There are now many exchange and this can indeed raise some doubts as to what can be the best one to use and join. Just like many of us here, I am just a newbies when it comes to trading and there are still so many things I would know and should know in order to become good in trading. Right now, I am using Bittrex though I also have an account in Poloniex (where recently many complaints come in)...between the two am more comfortable with Bittrex though just like Poloniex they don't have all the coins you just mentioned especially the newly released ones.

I trade in poloniex , c-cex, yobit.net and also bittrex. But this two is the best exchanges for buttrex and poloniex because this two have many traders unlike to the others even they have many accounts like c-cex they have many accounts registered but the trader there are inactive . In poloniex and bittrex many traders theres active and they have many features unlike to others. And for sure you can easily understand this two exchanges how to use.

Never used bittrex, but Poloniex is definitely good.  I would also add that Yobit is awesome for the simple reason that you can trade zillions of different shitcoins, if that is to your taste.  They have ridiculously shitty customer service, but I've never had a problem with trading or withdrawing coins.  They've always been super reliable.

And I've used Kraken, but for some reason their setup is not user-friendly, and they don't offer the variety that Yobit does.  I kinda stay away from them.

Poloniex.
Bittrex.
Be wary though, as they are the largest exchanges and the risk level elevates as well, you could also visit coinmarketcap.com to see the exchanges for all the crypto currencies.
