and poloniex (more coins to trade, but less trade volume)
and sometime i've used bter

First i had to chose is mintpal, second crypsy, and third mcxnow (but with this try to not buy their shares /assets than he pulls very often)

I use Cryptsy, Mintpal and Poloniex you can try 1 of these they all good.
I use cryptsy n btc-e (this one only for BTC price) and Im happy about it. Other are good ass well but for now using only this two.
Well my prefences is Mintpal. They have thousands of BTC in volume, instant withdrawl, 2FA, etc. And i never had any issues using Mintpal. It's not easy to be listed now so there are only ~ 50 cryptocurrency in Mintpal.
For alternative, Cryptsy and Poloniex are nice too. Poloniex has much more pairs than Mintpal, but less volume.

I am doing exchanges on cryptsy for last 8 months without any issue and its one of most trust worthy exchange site but all members have their own view about this www.cryptsy.com
