use 99faucet script. its good for bot as they need to register on your wordpress before can claim and there is lots of antibot features.

I don't have faucet and can't say which script is best, better to ask faucet owner for it. For example, I never heard bad words about jquery faucet script, but you will still need to block ip's and btc addresses. Also, ePay soon will realease their new script.

For now I am using faucetsystem+faucethub script on one faucet and on another one I am using WordPress 99bitcoins script.
