i will say go for MTC (medical token), current rate was 0.40$ when 2 days ago at saturday its only 0.20$, it will go 1$ by the end of june and will hit 2.5$ on mid july as of predict by mr. mcaffe.

I think you should carryout your own research about the available projects before you invest in it because people will give different opinions based on their own believe. By doing your own research, you can be able to convince yourself o whether it is a potential project or not.

It is a big money for me but if i had millions of dollars it wouldn't be that big. So if 5000$ is all you got, you should diversify it, if you have way more than 5000$ than my choose will be Enlte

I can suggest to you, that is by investing in altcoin which is currently holding ico and it must have achieved a good value (soft cap to hard cap).

I would say take the less riskier route instead of an ICO and buy into a coin with a shorter history (like several months since ICO) with an established community. For instance eBitcoin (EBTC).

5000 is quite a big amount of money so you have to search properly for ico to invest in.If I were you I would keep the money and wait for announcement of Telegram ico,the most expected ico of the 2018

Its worth to invest in Icos. This is where I started and its not bad. I can earn free money by participating with ICOs and its great that I don't need to use my money to have my own profit.

if I think Criptocurrency, because many different types of Coin Criptocurrency both Altcoin and Token Token ICO, which at the beginning of its emergence has soared the selling price. This could happen because of the success of the coin to be accepted in the market, it could be just because of a momentary trend, or maybe already a lot of coin-coin that comes with the Ponzy scheme model. Then you should be more careful to choose Coin cripto for long term investment (Holding Coin).

2018 is still long so there may be some great ico that pop out later this year, but so far this year i have only invested into cube presale and i'm planning to invest some into wepower later on as it seems good. I definitely recommend cube and it's crowdsale start next week, good team and has a lot of potential.

I am not sure about that, investing $5000 in 2018 for ICO or ICOs will be a good choice. In my opinion, $5000 is a really good capital to make some logic long term investments. But of course, it is just my opinion and the choice is yours.

I believe that you should take care of this list of rules that would be more confident in the project!
1. At preico, the team must have a contract for automatic transfer of funds with prescribed conditions for early investors - not handles like many do, namely those prescribed in a smart contract - otherwise the collected funds can simply enrich the funders or conditions will change during the play - cases of lots.
2. The contract for preIOO should be part of a large ICO contract - not by different coins - it is not safe in terms of vulnerabilities and withdrawals.
3. The contract for preIOO and then the ICO should be registered lower and upper barrier - if this is not the team does not know what it wants - just a scam.
4. The contract for ICO should be escrow of the funds received as a result of placement - it can be a frieze or multisec with a voting condition. This will give you a guarantee against the expenditure of funds earlier than the team completed the previous stage.
5. In the contract, an unconditional refund should be prescribed in the event that the lower limit of the collected pool is not reached. It is in the contract and not in the white book, if it is not - scum.
6. All contracts must be posted on GithHub, this will enable third-party developers to check the contract for the vulnerability if the team has not taken care and before the ICO has not posted a bounty on the vulnerability.
7. The contract must specify the conditions for the team and for the bounty.

Wow I can't believe that how do we people have different perspective about different projects and yet we say ICO has come to an end. Anyway, I think we believe in these project for the initial periods and they are the one who are responsible for later scams and run away things. Okay, all right that just popped in my mind after reading all the replies thats why thought to post it before I could suggest my best ICO's.

Well, I rarely go fro the ICO's but in the year 2017 there were two ICO's which caught my attention and I'm still sticking to them until now. The ICO name is Social and Jibrel Network. Both of them are different projects and are based on the social platform with crowdfunding feature and another with virtual cash platform. The reason you should put your stakes on them is straight, they are having active team, there products and services are already featured in the market and thus earns lot of trust for the long term entrepreneurship.
