I think Polkadot is coming soon. Only bad thing about it is you'll lock up your tokens/eth in it for a couple years.
Which ICO would you suggest for October?
There are many good ICO's so just do your own research and choose one that will get your interest. I will just recommend an ICO that might pique your interest and that is spectre.ai. They have a good team IMO and a good roadmap. Also, they have a good concept of being the world's first broker less financial trading platform in cryptoworld. In my opinion Herocoin, Paypie and Worldcore. These project look has big potential because the idea of project that interesting and also big and solid team behind it.
Whichever ICO you choose for October, I would recommend you wait at least until November when forks have happened and past. OR, if you really want to do it, then make sure the ICO has already made plans to regulate their ICO. Right now, this is the biggest danger to ICOs, and if you choose one that is not prepared, you will lose a lot of money when the authorities clamp down.

October is going to past half, there seems to be no very good ico, Polkdot maybe one, but it will lock two yeas, thats too long for many people, especially many countries are taking actions to regulate or ban ico
I think the Eidoo project is a good project as it is the foundation of Ethereum to build the wallet in the future. I am sure Eidoo will have a separate market so people can easily pay in the Eidoo

Worldcore seems really interesting, it's an already running financial business (and pretty big one), not just some bunch of devs with nothing but an idea in their hands.
