I will prefer wordpress because it has a lot of plugins and it is easy to modify.
if you wish bitcoin payment, maybe openbazzar or wordpress ( and woocommerce ) is good option..,

Sadly I don't know most of the websites you listed there however I know shopify and WordPress , I would suggest you to use WooCommerce because it's famous and known and keeps getting updated also you can accept different types of payments including Bitcoin , but .. if you are looking for huge business then you may wanna hire your own coders and programmers to do that so it looks more professional
Shopify seems very highly regarded by many people. Maybe there's some tie-in with Bitcoin; I don't know. Probably a solid choice.

Magento or Shopify - depending if you are big or small, and what is your future plans 
WordPress and WooCommerce make a good combination. They're a few payment extensions for bitcoin as well.

it depends, how it will be your business, for small business, they normally suggest shopify, for enterprice, magento and so on
