DeFi seems like a solution to many problems but be careful what you are treading into. When ICOs first came, everyone was crazy to launch their own project in the form of ICOs and people started to think that it was the next bubble, it was but very short indeed, last only a couple of years.NFT art projects may have some value but again it is very easy to push up the price of things due to speculation and the resell value is the only thing that becomes important then. For investors, short term if good for them, then these hype based projects are ideal.

I see that NFT is a real hype now, so investors are willingly to invest in projects connected with them. Personally I consider this mixture of defi and nfts very interesting and promising as they give more opportunities for investors to earn and there is more motivation to buy NFTs if you can participate in liquid mining then. Now I am actively investing in different NFT multifunctional projects.

For now i think it's the best pair we have, DeFi + NFT bringing as un new Non-interchangeable and Decentralized Finance concept and it's still on early phase as where it was more focused to gaming now but on the future i suppose there will be another innovative concept especially like Represanting some cerfitificate or something like that. 
Actually many have been doing this now especially those high profile games nft. I remember how yield guild games making their investors received an airdrop. Its also a part of their rewarding bonuses. I didn't have any of it but I just saw an announcement of nft airdrop consist of their utility tokens unlocked with certain timeframe.

That's very true, because every new product or new token from NFT will not immediately get a good response from everyone or the same people who already like NFT, so the number of enthusiasts and buyers will be different, and the solution you offer I think is still very much better than having to create a new token in NFT. is not it there are lots of NFT that have been working with defi? If you meant about a loan feature will be combined by NFT to make a new gameplay and is not it going out from the main purpose of NFT itself? i meant it's not all of NFT assets were having value. NFT must have value to be integrated with defi. Some defi platforms have been introducing their own NFT but i think that it's not it better if any platform their own specialization in any field that they are working on it right now? It's not the best partner. Basically, NFT can be integrated into the defi if NFT and DEFI developers can work together to create a partnership. Some NFT platforms have been starting to do this. We will see the result soon. NFT token needs to have utility before it can be valued just like to be in game currency or something else but this can be got further development.
The current popularity of NFT games cannot be denied, this can be an attraction for investors, as well as Defi, but the popularity of NFT Games can be more profitable for investors, so it is not surprising why there are currently so many NFT Game projects. and they are very attractive.

NFT is what I called a real definition of use case, something that can actually brings more adoption for the project, it works since we are all game lovers but making money out of them even makes more sense than ever now who wouldn't want to play game since you can make money off them? Can you explain a use case? NFT is specifically created in a way where the circulation remains limited and on demand. But I am seriously wondering what kind of partnership defi and NFT can do and what benefit it can bring to the metaverse! Defi looks after the real world financial tools and replicate them in crypto space while NFT provides you with a fake sense of ownership to some asset that doesn't exist. How come they can act together!!

Guess what you mean up there is DeFi instead of Eefi. I think non-fungible doesn't necessarily mean non-interchangeable. It should be possible to use them interchangeably on some specifical NFT ecosystem because it's probably a special asset class that may not be well suited for the current defi systems. You could still have unique space for NFTs on DEFI
