Searching for another member of this forum I found on google that ANXpro.com is providing their debit cards to the citizens of pakistan. That is a more powerful industry for providing the bitcoin Debit cards. You should have to check their service I hope you will get one from there.

Cryptopay and Advcash both are claiming for the worldwide delivery of their bitcoin debit cards, go to their website or their announcement on bitcointalk and ask them for your country. they will assist you for that.

CryptoPay is a pretty good card AFAIK, not too sure if they deliver to pakistan but you could always directly ask their support.
You could also try AnxPro, haven't tried this yet so I don't have firsthand experience, and it's HongKong based.
I searched at bitcoin.com and this is what shows up for Pakistan. bitcoin.com bitwa.la/
It's more like a payment service and wire transfer. Basically, you enter the payment details(recipient,amount,etc) on their site, pay them with bitcoins, then the site will automatically convert to whatever currency and pay for you. (SEPA) Card issuer is MyChoice. Have a look at their thread here

I have used cryptopay plastic card and got that delivered to my country Nepal, and i think they also deliver cards to pakistan. You can check them or ask their support about this and if they don't support your country go through cards listed here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2017-bitcoin-debit-card-reviews-1410577
check/ask their support about your country for plastic cards. I think many of them specially working as retailer for wave crest holdings support almost all countries.

Hello, I want to order a best bitcoin Debit Card(Plastic).
There are a lot of Debit cards providers at here but I want to know that which one is best for Pakistan.
There are a large number of Pakistanis working with bitcoin but still I do not know that why some of the cards providers are not concerned for to provide debit cards to Pakistan.
