I used the virtual card from Advcash during some time. The cost was just $1 it should be the same right now. I use it many times while shopping online and it worked well each time. I couldn't continue to use it as once you reach the $500 limit you need a verification ID which I couldn't provide to them. All those cards are near the same as it is issued by the same company. About the same limits, fees, etc. You're just using a middleman.

It's still appreciated as having that virtual debit card will be much comfortable to use rather that what atm machine you had in common spending method,  and in an impression of having your card as if you're bringing your cash with you in a different way. Actually I am planning to have that type of card in my country right now and the best option to havd right not is coins.ph virtual card and this is what's entirely promoted in the country; the options of a cashless idea of payment system is in your hand.

Technically speaking, there is no Bitcoin Card, but there are many providers who provide virtual prepaid cards which can be topped up using Bitcoins.

I would advice you to look in the Service Announcement as well in the Exchange boards of this forum, you will find quite a lot of them. You can read their terms, and if you find suitable can get one at ease.

I am using physical bitcoin card from cryptopay.me and virtual card from https://uquid.com/ and both of them are working like they were supposed to work.
I have used physical card to withdraw cash from nearby ATM and virtual card for lots of online shopping including running ads on facebook.

This is a pretty decent list of most of the providers out there, varying fees etc.  a lot if not most of them will have negative review here, the only one I ever looked into was Spectrocoin which are pretty decent so far.  If you catch some of them at the right time there is the off giveaway of cards.

He can go for a TenX card. It is completely developed and successful product by TenX services. There ICO was hit too and you can find out more in the announcement section under altcoin. The card is worth $50 and fir free users the credit limit fir spending is $1000. Rest you can check your self.
