The first two in your list (Bitpay and Coinbase)are both okay. But the choice still depends on the one you prefer.
To some people, the verification process in Coinbase is somewhat too much while to some, it's not.
Do make your research and read recent reviews to see what people are saying and know if it applies to your need.

IMHO Bitpay is best among the mentioned sites by other forum members. They are best for European countries and they ship internationally Bitpay cards. This card has the lowest fees for withdrawing on ATM and commissions are lower than competitors.
Coinbase will become #1 in the next 18 months, mark my words, I love the user experience. But I think BitPay is the biggest one for now. Never heard of most of them.
Bitpay is losing ground but their head start is tough to beat. They're definitely #1 today. If they're smart they'll remain #1 in the future, too.
Well, this is pretty convenient of information for the newbie ones and partially all member to really know all kind of payment gateway they can choose from, For me I really use Coinbase but for no further reasons at all maybe because I get used to it and I have been using it since I have created my account here in Bitcointalk, And I had no problems in using its services and functions and now I got to know more than I can surely use, And it is more than great if we can already pay using bitcoin directly but for not it is safe to say that I'm am glad that there are services like this we can surely enjoy.
I think we need to see the areas we can pay first to evaluate it. For example, no matter how good the blockchain is. It doesn't make any sense as long as it's not avaliable for payment.
I think Coinbase should be at the top of this list because I think it has worldwide impact. Of course others are also really strong opponents but I think it's not as strong as any Coinbase.
Coinbase have lost almost all their payment processing custom after making their clients control their own private keys/ seeds. Every single place I use that was with Coinbase chose to stop offering BTC payments rather than make adjustments.
Why the coinpayments is in the last ranking position? I'm using this payment gateway and the good thing with this almost all crypto is acceptable, unlike the other payment gateways.

I personally only use BitPay because sometimes i use it to add fiat funds to my Skrill or Neteller using cryptocurrencies and BitPay is the serveice thats working with those websites. Thats the only payment gateway i have used and i can say it works very well, excepting the fact that they allow merchants to set their own blockchain fees for transactions(meaning sometimes the fee could be set either to low or to high)
Agreed, I too find bitpay as the best among the entire list. Till date no negative news have come out relative to bitpay, another thing it is the only platform providing with the fastest and legal support to users who wish to make large scale purchase using bitcoin from people who want it paid in fiat.

No BTCpay?
Granted it's far from a full service operation, but it doesn't claim to be and there are certain things you can manage yourself. It gives enough of a leg up to be able to handle many of the functions other options do.
