I use nanopool. It hasn't done me wrong in the slightest.
I am using miningpoolhub for Monero (and Eth) mining for the last half year.
It is very stable and you can specify quite small payout amounts (0.05 XMR).

Monero Ocean with algo switching for maximum profit. Also has very low min payout (0.003 XMR) and zero fees (except payment fee when below 4 XMR).

For low power rigs I'd recommend pools with low min payout. MiningPoolHub (0.05 min payout) and HashVault (0.11 min payout) are my favorites.
I'd recommend you Nanopool (min payment - 1 XMR) and https://monero.crypto-pool.fr/ (min payment - 0,3 XMR). I tested these pools and they are OK.
