Im newbie on trading , but i want to start on this.
Can you tell me which is the best platform to start and why?
I could recommend https://poloniex.com/ for altcoin trading because they have really high trading volume. So when you open a position you will wait long time for it to filled completely.

I can recommend you to use Poloniex and Yobit, they are both pretty good and the dashboard they both have to keep everything up to date is also nice.
I would choose between these two honestly.

For a user to get into trading, initially localbitcoins seems to be the best platform. Because it gives an easy understanding as well various trading possibilities depending upon one's convenience. Also it has detailed information about each and every trader which helps alot for the new one's to start trading.

I would start off using sites like bitfinex and just trade bitcoin for USD, their platform is easy to use and you can make profit on their site. Once you are familiar with bitfinex try sites that offer leverages and start to earn more form trades. Just make sure not to use a high leverage with a low balance.

I would suggest this one - https://poloniex.com/, because this is one of largest exchanges. With smaller ones can be problems sometimes. You can see also in the main page - how many traders are online.  Grin
I second this opinion, I also really like Poloniex for trading altcoins and I find their site design the less obtrusive one compared to other platforms.
They've been around for a while and I consider them quite safe, but then again you never know.

And since you're a newbie (OP), I think you'll learn trading pretty quick on here, since it's a really simple design that's not hard to grasp.

Poliniex.com and c-cex are I think the best platform for newbies with a low bankroll when it comes to trading . They have a good user interface which makes it easy to understand .
polo nad trex would be a good venue doing some arbitrage if you are looking for good exchange better to have account from both this site and take advantage of those alt coins thats been traded with some price differences just be active and study hard.

I could recommend yobit or poloniex, maybe also bitfinex. It is always good to use the platforms that have high volume trading, good customers support and that are trusted and have good recommendations, where you will nt having problems with withdrawals etc. That is especialy important if you are stil unexperienced so you don't want to get some negative experience and give up trading at the very start.

I've tried CEX, Coinbase and Kraken and the best I've found is CEX as it's interface is simple to understand but it's mainly for altcoins. Kraken is a good one to start with and you can check Yobit too but I am not so aware of the transaction fee. Coinbase charges a fixed fee of 0.001 BTC per transaction.

I like to give me two options so that you can check them and choose your preferred one : Poloniex and yobit are having well established trading backround and having very good support for customer queries.

Also, I got one suggestion here : Never keep big amount of bitcoins/fiats within exchange. You need to follow a practice of withdrawing them time to time after your trade closes.

If you are a newbie and doesn't have a lot of experience for trading, avoid platforms like Kraken where you are able to trade "big amounts" with a lot of instruments.
I think you can find a good solution with yobit or poloniex because they accept also alt coins (minor alt coins!), and they have a low withdrawal limit.

to be honest i would prefer a market that's already popular and having such a high trading volume in 24 hours (beside of its security) this kind of market will give us updated information about the current price because so many people are trading here and the fast market will give us a benefits to make a profit out of short price increase, and also if it's popular its just seems hard for the exchangers to turning and become scam,so,an additional point for its security

it really doesn't matter which platform you use as a beginner in order to trade. just pick one of the top places and go check out the amount of fees they are taking on each trade. it is usually around 0.15%-0.25% and then make sure to start with a small amount.

then try different platform to find out which one you like the best.
for example around here you fin a lot of people trading on poloniex but I personally prefer bittrex for their charts and some couple of other reasons.

If you have low bankroll than i would like to suggest starting altcoin trading, for this i find poloniex.com and bittrex.com useful as i myself using them from really long time. However in altcoin trading there is high risk of loss as price may get pumped or dumped really hard within a day.
Yes trading altcoin is very nice to start if you have small capital you can use it in a short trade. This two platform are the best but you can also try ccex its good platform too. So do trade in altcoin for you to increase your money and do short trade now to get profit everyday.

visit coinmarketcap.com/exchanges to see a good list of all the exchanges that are active these days sorted by their volume which also shows their popularity.

and depending on what you want to trade these are my suggestions:
bitcoin: kraken, bitfinex
altcoins: poloniex, bittrex, c-cex
