They were https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=25.0 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=26.0 for bitcoin.
Now, the problems is sometimes, altcoins get delisted from the only exchange they were traded on. It’s not always because software become unsecure, it can be because the explorer is down in which case transfers remains secure (this is my case).
In such cases, users can longer exchange their wallet contents against anything (including goods) until an other exchange dare to list the coin again.
But coins price returns to pre launch level (the price available before it got listed on any exchanges). Which might turn to an investment that can get roi in case of relisting for higher exchanged volumes. (yes I know this works like ICO)
