It is safe?
Electrum? It's one of the safest and more reliable wallets.

Don't use Multibit. The software development is stalled.

I'll recommend you electrum.
Currently its leader of light wallets for sure. Multibit after owners changed is pretty bad :/, UI sux in short.
There are many mobile light wallets also, try them too.

If you are newer to crypto, a good mobile wallet like the samourai is a good option as you'll have access to your coins on your phone, but will still have responsibility for your own private keys. Once you get a little more familiar with transactions and accumulate a larger quantity of coins, you can and should invest in a hardware wallet like the trezor or nano-s.  It's alright to have both types, the hardware wallet is just the optimal choice for security while a mobile or desktop wallet is best for convenience and typically beginner-friendly UI.

Thks! btw, how can i be Member ASAP?

In my opinion Electrum is the best light wallet for PC. It is the most user friendly and you can add password to encrypt your wallet too.
I had tried few others too but Electrum is the best amongst them.
