There are only two that do failover as far as I know.  That is the main feature that makes a mining software these days.

I think you will find the hashrate comparable between the various mining software out there. They all use (more or less) similar kernels and implementations AFAIK. The actual difference (these days) is in hardware support, support for ASICs, USB, features such as failover etc. Not in GPU hashrate.
