Why would I get 1 https://bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020140926075515819D846Og240603

when I could get 4 https://bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020141015100808946Nj1LM03y0650 for less?

Because the first one has built in power supply?

EDIT: I might infact order 8 x ANTMINER S3+ for 1456 USD, giving me a total of 3.6TH/s + 4 x Corsair RM850 (700 USD).
EDIT2: Oh, what the hell, the shipping is 417 USD....
EDIT3: Paid for 8 ANTMINER S3+, hopefully everything will be a smooth ride. Anyone know their delivery time? Now I need to figure out if  4 x Corsair RM850 (700 USD) is the best way to power them...

One big reason is PSU.  The S4 comes with a gold server psu.   You have to buy with S3's.

Either way you are getting a great miner.  The RM power supply is also a great line.   On delivery time on S3's they say they ship in 48 hours as they have stock of them.

I've moved to a student apartment with free electricity. I'm looking to spend max 3000 USD on a either a bitcoin miner or a scrypt miner.
I'm looking for a company with a high chance of delivery.

I've looked at https://zeusminer.com/product/zeusminer-volcano-300mhs1000wscrypt-asic-miner/
Any other suggestions?

you can pre-order it but now when do you support to get it that other question.   Do you have to remember you will have to wait for 2+ month to get it or maybe longer.
