Infinitecoin is the only scrypt coin more profitable to mine than Litecoin at the moment according to http://www.coinchoose.com/litecoin.php. Blocks are only 30 seconds apart and you also get lots of them for your hashing (32768 Infinitecoins per block currently).
How about bottlecaps?
My recommendation is wdc and arg or look it up in coinchoose.
