this is quite popular type of network business in some countries, yes bitcoin could be solution for you and with bitpay you don't have to worry about technical knowledge of bitcoin.
if MLM is what i think it is (it sounds a lot like scam pyramid systems with no real marketing going on and only money that goes hand to hand until the owner runs away) then BitPay or any other payment gateway systems may not even allow you to use their system for your thing.
