It is often said that the city is a no mam land and na that thing they make people dey always like to build mansion for village. Because no matter the house you build for City, people no go recognised you like that but if you build mansion for village people go fit recorgnise you and also respect you. especially when you get good character you stand a chance to contesting for some local governments election and you go win.

I no think so. Although building Manson for village get advantage. like now community wey get plenty people wey get Manson, people dey fear to get problem with them because the caliba of men wey dey dere no be people wey you fit get problem with. especially land dispute or  courts case. Sometimes if force men wan come parade ayhow for the community or do some lawless activities dem go hold break say here is a no go area.

Then for the area you say people judge us from the structure we get, I no think so. Wetting them dey judge people na wetting you don do for your community people. So many people dey rich but dem no dey often visit the poor, homeless, widow and orphans for the village or even check for the things the community lack and when you dey do that thing you go notice say you go get recognition and respect pass who get Manson wey no dey gree help people. Just like this Xmas e get one man for my community, him dey always do giveaway to the widow, orphans and poor people Every year and dem dey also respect am. But that one no end there, for me I think wetting you go do to get recognition na
1. You fit build mini factory for your village or any thing wey go bring development to your community. Because na development dey make people leave where dem dey, dey go other states, but if e dey your community I think investors fit come around come dey invest and your community people go also get job from there and feed themselves.
2. Creating education contests programs and taking the best out of them, and train to higher institutions.
3. Skill acquisition programs for married and unmarried women and men for them to have a skill which dem never get before.
4. Sports/games and musical competition. the best will wind an award or given an opportunity to participate in Nigeria football or music. from there he or she will discover his/her talent and your name will never be forgotten.

Make we remember say e get wetin dem dey cal C of O wey be certificate of occupancy. Na that one certify say where you dey live na residential area, suitable etc and probably say your name is tied to it because recently we go don dey hear as houses are being destroyed across Nigeria states for the offense of wrongly building.

So if we dey build for areas wey no be home make sure say you shine your eye before you begin put money for structure wey dem go soon come demolish. Apart from that, we need to also balance ourselves out regards to where we dey hussle and home. The reality be say many people get edifice for hussling place yet dem no get a room of theirs for home and sometimes dat edifice get destroyed for d reason wey I mention earlier and living the baba to nothing for old age. No house for hussling place or home na dat one bad pass.

To me it's not matter where you invest, but just depend on where you have peace of mind pass, because as some people take dey no matter where they invest in their hustle ground, they will still make sure say they do something in their village also, if you you feel like your village place worth to spend on than where you dey hustle it's all your choice, because as it's we don't have the same plan at all, i believe as many people they now if you ask them when they return back to their home ground last, they no fit remember last time they visit, because they only have peace of mind at the city where dey stay, i know say people go dey judge them say they only invest outside their village but they refuse to do something in their home town, even if they say na your home be your own, it's only good to invest in where you find peace of mind my brother.

Life at times can be very short, we cant predict what will happen next so we need spend on enjoying stuffs when we are still here on earth. Living in a conducive environment with well furnished furniture's and better interiors is well attributed to a hustling person. I wont work like an elephant and live life like a refugee then spend wholesomely on facilitating a building in my village where i spend less time living there.

Erecting a good building in the village despite your absence is not a crime or bad even, if you have to do so then it is worth spending on. Erecting a building in the village in this part of Nigeria where i come from, its a way of showing progress and bringing pride to your ancestors and parents showing how far the family linage keeps progressing.
it will be unhealthy as to not having a building in the village or having it look tattered but at least it should be as comfortable to bring comfort.

Wherever you have an investment, whether it's in your home town or the city where you reside, as long as you have your name tied to those investments or assets, no one can take them away from you because you actually own them. Then, between your home and the city of residence, if you are contemplating the first place to invest, it should be in the place where you know that your investment will actually appreciate in value more quickly than the other.

For example, if house rent is very cheap in your place of residence and it is very expensive in your native village or town, I am sure you know the place that will be more profitable for real estate investment. So, depending on the kind of investment you want to make, you have to examine the area; it will help you determine which is better.

I prefer to have a more comfortable hustling home than have it in a place where am not residing. I will have a structure in my village and give it the best design and taste but it won't be the same as the place where I am living and make my daily hustle. When you live in a comfortable home you will be more productive.

My number one point be say, make all hustlers try make sure say their hustling ground dey more tidy than the main residence, because of no be the were them dey go hustle, money to take build house and other things no go dey at all.
But if you dey get money from pH city and your village dey two state ahead of were you take dey hustle, e good make you first stand well for your hustling ground before you think of your village.
Although everybody get em own opinion.

Hmmm, you don talk well my brother, but to me oo, e dy very good make you  invest more on ur house for ur hustling area because even though  you build mansion for village, e no go get value like house way you build for city, and remember you fit still give am out as rent, dat one na another advantage, but to build mansion for village it's near impossible to see person wey go rent am according to it's value.
Me I prefer like 5 bedroom flat for village and my mansion for the city because if both of them na mansion, dem no go still get the same value.

We know say an average nija man get two place of residence, one na the place when him de stay carry out him hustle and the other one na the village when him come out from and as e de normally be, most persons de put in the effort to ensure say them try live comfortable for their hustling ground and still set up some structure for vila so that them fit live well whenever they visit home for a season as this.

But when it comes to which of the place of residence one should invest much attention into, there seems to be some sort of difference in view because while some persons think that it's necessary that we make the hustling ground as comfortable as possible by investing hugely in getting a comfortable accommodation and giving it the best interiors, others would prefer to stay in a one bedroom apartment while they are building mansion in the village.

The thing is that we don't stay more than say a week in the village most times and we spend 99% of our lives in the hustling ground but no matter how comfortable we are in our hustling ground, people tend to judge us more from the kind of structures we have in our villages.

What's your take on this?
Should we invest more into our hustling or working residence or would it be better to invest more into our houses in the village since that's technically our real home.
