OBS studio is good for this
OBS Studio is the easiest one I used so far.
I like OBS and Dxtory. I used to use Fraps but it was a bit of a resource hog.

Mozo is good too. I've used it in the past.
I would recommend you to use Screencast-O-Matic - it's easy and free program to record and edit videos.
I used OBS Studio some time ago. Is pretty fast and functional. The only drawback is the lack of a built-in editor. if you need to crop or somehow edit the finished recordings, you need use other programs for video editing.
I use Movavi and it looks quite good for me
