In love with Bitcoin!! 💓💕
I use only Bitcointalk to get info regarding new ICOs. If an ICO is not on Bitcointalk, it is certainly not receiving my attention. The reason is that Bitcointalk in general has a critique crowd and knows how to roast a new ICO properly!!!

Use icobench.com. It is the best choice. Icobench is very helpful to find good ICOs. It rates icos and I really trust it. I also use icorating.com, coinschedule.com and icotracker.net.

If I have to find out about new ICOs then I don't visit any of the above site as I can get all the relevant information from this forum so I think bitcointalk.org is the best place to get all the news related to upcoming ICOs.
I'm on this. I also don't familiar with those sites,  i'm usually only come to this forum to see if there is any incoming ICOs, but i think that's not enough because there are also other ICOs which didn't announce their ICO on here.

My favourite is:
