It's not high volume. I only need 10k to pay off some cc debt, but selling coins through Coinbase/Bitsimple and ACH to Chase would give a good chance to raise the flag. I thought bank depositing on localbtcs would be safer.
Only bank account I have is Chase. I hear that they don't allow to deposit to other people's account, so it does not work with localbitcoins right ?

Chase is probably the most anti-bitcoin bank you can use. Several months ago they changed a policy where you can't deposit cash into another person's bank, that's why you don't see a single Chase bank offering on LBC. The short answer is, no banks will be easy for high volume btc transactions. You always run the risk of closer, and once this happens, you pretty much can't open an account with them anymore.
Credit unions are the most lenient, so if you want to do LBC transactions, those are the safest. However, the thing with credit unions is that they tend to be local, so it'll be a lot harder to buy or sell on LBC with credit unions because so few people have them.
You never should use your normal bank account that you use for the daily needs for bitcoins. Many users in europe made the bad experience that their bank account was closed because the banks feared it could be connected to money laundering. They dont proof it, they just prefer to close to avoid the work.
