I use ADVCash https://advcash.com - they have a free virtual mastercard (and plastic) (both eu and us) which can be loaded via bitcoin!

I could suggest this one too.
It's still available because it's not Visa but MasterCard so it's not affected with Visa-Wave Crest issue. Although virtual card has lower limit than plastic, I think. The one disadvantage is that you can't order plastic card for free but again there is no much choice left for bitcoin debit cards.

Rather than virtual cards or plastic cards you should use bitpanda to exchange your coins for Euro and transfer it to your local bank via sepa transfer within 24 hour with very less fee + you will get market rate and high daily withdraw limitation.

Than use credit cards of your local banks to make online purchases.

I think we have a big gap because of Wave Crest - Visa issue and currently I realy don't know which card to recommend.
Mistertango is still working I guess, because they issue MasterCard but I don't know the exact limits. Without verification they are probably low but with them it's very quick process if you are using their mobile app.

If your problem is the time, would it help you to get quick money to your bank account? I use BitPanda still without verification. Got my money on the next working day to my bank account.
Here are the verification levels. When you sell, you have a quite high amount free without ID verification.

The rates and fees are fair and you see at once, what you will get.

thanks for mentioning. unfortunately, ecopayz has a 1000 limit on virtualcards.

I don't have a problem with verification in general, it just takes too much time for the moment.

Hi guys

After the WaveCrest Issue, I have a hard time finding a service, which issues at least virtual debit cards funded by BTC. I had some success with AdvCash but for whatever reason, their current exchange for 1 BTC = <8000eur .. which is way to far off for my taste (gdax value ~10k).

I am in SEPA zone and actually need a Virtual Card without daylong verification for ~2000eur online purchase - any chances?

Spectrocoin is working on his new cards implementation.Untill that i use https://www.ecopayz.com/
Thay have free debit plastic cards gbp, euro, and dollar ibthink.Virtual card cost 10 euro
You can deposit multiply crypto .Advice you Ltc,or btc cash becouse fast.Deposit in crypto is free
I deposited today some ltc took 20 min from bittrex.Verificaton with Jumlo take 20min
I have skrill also, but no instant virtual cards and you can deposit only slow btc
You will not find in eu any legit service without verification
