you mean purse.io? that's the biggest place to get gift card discounts but it seems to moving more towards them themselves selling with smaller discounts than individuals. i've never used it myself but it's been around long enough.
I too think the site is Purse.io, which has started its service in tieup with the major online shopping giant Amazon. So as a part it could have provided the gift cards with good discount. Already for purchases with bitcoin it provides a good discount.

I did not buy any products in amazon using gift cards. Actually amazon services is not been initialized in my country yet. I heard that we could buy products in amazon via purse.io site with some rate of discounts.
If your from European country just try from there and pass your valuable suggestion about that in the forum. It may help everyone.

Im think you are talking about paxful.com.In that site they're more amazon gift card sellers that they offering that for a lower price.

All services that sells gift cards never sells them cheap or for a discount (like Gyft for example). Instead, you should use Paxful or the Digital goods section on the forums, trading with individuals is better and you could find discounts. (like 100$ Amazon for 70$ BTC)
