It's really hard to believe you accusations as you aren't indicating in the OP your explicit reasons in such a way that Coolcryptovator have suggested. Also, making us redirect on an external link, despite the link's legitimacy (dropbox), wouldn't really be a good effect as most here in forum are aware with the security vulnerabilities upon clicking any links. But in my investigation and making the connection to your post, I think you accusation would fail. First of all you need to have a good and reliable thread, then how strong was you accusation was.

The user you've been accusing (erc20casino) is seemingly focused in his promotion and some of replies in his posts seems to be supporting your accusation. Here's another user accusing:

If someone have some more information, please share it to that user.

To win the argument, just edit this thread containing explicit proofs.

Even I myself would support if you had a strong accusation

If there is really plagiarism then you should provide source and more information like this for easy explanation, so we will able to check by just one click. If evidence against them is strong then thread should move into Scam Accusation borad to get attention from DT members. Its seems plagiarism is increasing day by day and scammers become more lazy. I am not sure if investors are checking whitepaper plagiarism before they invest at any platforms. But it's quite important to avoid easy scam. Who are unable to hire even a professional whitepaper writer and copy paste from others, definitely their intention is to scam their investors who believed them blindly.

Here is another Whitepaper plagiarism case

-snip-
It must be because their whitepaper is mostly plagiarised, they were here just to scam people, and when their trick didn't work, they left the bitcointalk.
