You clearly mentioned that you charge $80 for a whitepaper. e.g. a multi-page document that outlines the specifics of a project, plans for the future, token allocation (if applicable), etc.
Even if it's $8/page for a 10 page document, I don't see how you could possibly produce anything substantial for $80.
That said, $80 is a fair price for a basic one-pager, but you did say $80 for a whitepaper.
