Pre ICO may be limited, and the price is still very cheap from the time of ICO Sale.
So, if you want to follow ICO, follow at Pre ICO / Private sale. Who fast can definitely be cheap price (Maybe).

Pre-ICO is open for everyone but the common practice is that the minimum contribution is higher than the public sale and they give bigger bonus during that stage plus the hard cap on pre-ico is a lot smaller than the one in ICO.
