Americans will wait until last.

The West (including US and parts of Europe and South America) has yet to see mainstream retail investor adoption. When it hits, it will have a colossal impact on all of the "top five" crypto prices for sure, and probably the entire market generally.

A country of 50 million has now demonstrated what true retail adoption of crypto can do... they are way ahead of the curve, for whatever reason. Just imagine multiplying their current volume on crypto by a factor of 100 to arrive at what worldwide adoption my look like?!

Interesting. I'd say Koreans would be a big part of the new investors, no? I mean a few months ago we certainly weren't talking about Korean exchanges topping daily turnover as they do now if you look it up on coinmarketcap.

It’s easy to confuse what is with what ought to be

In my latest blog I talk about the changing demographics of the new crypto investing crowd: https://xrphodor.wordpress.com/2017/09/01/meet-the-new-investors/

I then talk about how this newer group is different from the existing group, and how this might result in more "traditionally-focused" crypto choices taking the lead. This means good news for already-established cryptos in general, and IMO XRP specifically.
