Seriously, not much. 'Secret' staff forums always seem mysterious when you're on the outside but once you get access to them they're always unexciting.

Patroller? How do you mean? Patrolling for spam? I regularly report anyone I see spamming useless shit on this forum especially if they aren't actually talking to other users.
Talking actual users who are staff but are only patrollers and can only deal with Newbies.

Report a lot of posts and be a very active member of the community and theymos may ask you eventually.
I checked the memberlist and it seems its simply just "staff" and not their proper staff role.
