If you don't know where to start you could create your own ANN thread (bounty management) on the Services section.

I'm not a bounty manager but with a quick observation you'll notice that most bounty managers have past experiences and those who are new either have a decent reputation here in the forum or team member of a project.

Thank you for this information. I thought that I found a bounty management team and worked with them. Because I think bounty campaign is managed by team better than individual. It seems that is hard to join the major bounty teams now.

It seems to me that it’s very difficult to become a bounty campaign manager. Because ICO projects are chosen by experienced and well-known managers. A newcomer who has no experience, they do not trust such a difficult job. Yes, and one person can not cope to monitor all reports and questions in chat telegram.
A simple thing that makes sense for everyone, if there was a developer that can use or choose the bounty manager that has a lot of experience and why the team must try to hire an amateur as a bounty manager? Especially OP is jr member and that means if he was not having a lot of reputation in this place. OP should take a look on himself about that.

If you aspire to be a bounty manager well you should count me in. I am just a newbie, I know, but we all started as a newbie right so I think I am on the right path. Bounty management is, I think, a hard thing to do. It is even hard to manage ourselves how much more when many people are involved. We know we cant control all these guys because we dont have the same thinking. Some are just simply obedient and some are naughty having many complaints.

I just want to ask what did you do to prepare yourself towards becoming a bounty manager with already many successful projects to serve as my guide, our guide.

If your thread doesn't get enough answers you can also use the search button to find more threads that discuss about being a signature/bounty campaign manager. Couple of examples below.

I commend those bounty managers who would really give their advice and share their experience.

Thank you.
