I want to share my experience in GVT ( Genesis Vision) . I invested in this project on price of 1$ and after when ICO completed and the coin launched the price of the coin was 3$ and just 1 month it touched 45$. I researched and study well about this project before investing. I feel the developer team and the advisory was soo good and project will be successful. But I will advice you before investing in any project research and study well about the project.

Guys, tell me about your experience of investing to ICO projects, please.

It's pretty simple, you send btc or etherum to their website and you get new coins.

How did you evaluate a project,

Read their whitepaper, look for reviews, news posts and so on, basically make my own research on the company and how useful is the product.

how benefited and anything that you'd like to share about it

how benefited ? Sorry but i don't understand what are you asking here.

ICOs are a high-risk way of fundraising. Never invest anything you can’t completely afford to lose. I sugest you to read this :
• Team Composition
Find out everything you can about the team, especially the development team. Look up each team member for relevant experience. Google their names. Visit their LinkedIn profiles. Look for famous  names among the advisory board of the project. Find out in which projects, or ICOs, they were involved with and the impact they had.

• Look at the size of the community and its activity.
The sources like Reddit, Twitter or Facebook can be relevant when evaluating the project.

• Evaluating the Whitepaper
Don’t hesitate to read it, thats  contains all the necessary information about the upcoming project and the ICO. note the strong and negative aspects and add in some of your own research.

• Bitcointalk.org Thread
A good starting point is the project’s announcement (ANN) thread on BitcoinTalk.org, as Bitcointalk is the biggest forum for Bitcoin and crypto related issues. It is strongly recommended that you read the messages carefully.

Look at their white papers and security thread, and then look at their project team, there are no one in the reply, of course, the most important thing is your own idea, if you think fit, it can be, remember ICO risk Do not put all the coins in.

Very interesting thing how people really expect different things, so some are chasing long-term investments, some short-term.
But would you invest in the project which is really very promising but you'd have to wait around a year and after that you can benefit much more?

After investment in ICO you should have patience to hold it for long. But before investing in ICO study it
If you can hold for Long time 1-2 year it work really nice for you.

I invested in KMD ico in the year 2016 and I believe that all their investor had a good tiding through their investment because the ico was success and that was when I know how to identify a promising ico. Due to my past experience Graft Credit Card and Universal Crypto payment processing network ICO is the best option for that now and here is their ANN Thread on https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/graft-universal-payment-processing-network-2115188 and ICO SITE

I prefer short term  investment because you will never lost your money.

if you realy want to make alot of money you have to invest in pre -ico.

I invested in the Electroneum ICO last year.
If you are not familiar with it here is an interesting thread - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/electroneum-speculation-thread-2172271
As soon as it hit the cryptopia exchange a lot of the tokens were dumped,
but now it is making a healthy recovery from that dump - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/electroneum/
I believe in the long term hodling of a token especially if it is a good working project with ongoing development.
A lot of people are only into ICO's for the short term gain.
