We have been developing big project for 3 month and we can't simply reply back to community who is willing to help so uncertain people. No information provided at all.
What project are you referring on? What team do you need? In what field of work the team will work? Kindly specify all information you need for your project so you can see the team you want. 
Can you share more info about you project, and what the specific skill you need to your team, like a android/ios apps development, web builder/designer, marketing consultan, programer, etc

Put on your thread on what specific people who you are looking for.What do you mean by partners? There are some others that will understand this as investors but if you are looking for those who want to work for the project.
Simply tell that you are looking for those people who can work as community manager, programmer, marketing manager, etc.
