i think is very dificult if PTC payment use epay.info or faucethub.io
because epay.info and faucethub.io is same faucetbox, faucet site service is include script and integration payment
if ptc only payment use bitcoin, you can try service PTC evolution, or equal sevice ptc evolution, majority PTC owner use ptc evolution service

I need someone to create simple PTC website, that works with bitcoin (satoshi) only. I like these three.

Payments to users should be made via ePay.info or faucetHUB on reached threshold. Users will be able to create ads with satoshis from their balances and from deposits. I don't know how deposits should be implemented, thats up to you.
