Bittrex ask people with multiple support tickets about verification to login to their support account and delete all but their original support ticket. Sending lots of support tickets is neither going to bother them or help you. And if like they say they are processing them all by hand sending an extra 10 support tickets a day is not going to help just going to slow things down.

i have btc in bittrex but now i can't withdraw my money because i can't verify my information and i can't get support from bittrex too. Look like bittrex will give up their users.

I have launched a telegram group. I want all those whose account has been disabled to join to this group. and if we needed to file a lawsuit against them we can do it collectively for better results.

They denied my basic account and get an error with the enhanced verification. Tells me to refresh but nothing works I just want to withdraw my money.  People all over edit seem to be having the same problem.  bittrex will not respond to my support email
you have to be patient, all accounts from my community also experience the same thing as you. some have access to their account, if you have verified in accordance with bittrex request, then I think your account will be accessible again.

maybe this happens to thousands of accounts and I think we should be patient.

I dont have a problem with 2 factor verification.  How is not letting me resend my enhanced verification on my side.  I have tried two different computers.  One at home and one at the office.  still didint work

Many have problems you will have to do it over their ticket system. They apparent disabled 0.1% of all trading accounts, so they probably have huge mess.

I have same problem as you, except i had not even tried advanced verification, but my basic was said is not good enought.   I rarely used Bittrex, and never withdrew anything and have few BTC of alts there. so is super stupid to ask me to verify to withdrew 100 BTC a day.

Luckily I have time so will wait that this drama ends and lets hope they will improve their verification a bit in meantime Tongue    I have those alts on Bittrex over a year so can stay there for another year.

Maybe they are reviewing every account not and making sure that they are compliant (KYC/AML?) Perhaps the issue is not on your end but on Bittrex. I guess you need to wait for updates coming from them.

Yup it isn't working for me either after they disabled my legacy account.
No support ticket answer yet, maybe i need to open up a separate one about the verification error.

Most problem happen at user side, not Bittrex. Also if you can't or have difficult verify 2factor chance the time on your device is not syncing right
