I live in London -- just noticed this. Sent in a last-minute application, so perhaps will be there also.

It's a pretty programme and good lineup of speakers.

I'm in! I suspect OP is on his flight now, can I suggest either Sunday the 29th (tomorrow) or Monday 6pm?
We could go to Brown's near the Marriot canary wharf (westferry location) or cat & canary (where the bitcoin meetup will meet post conference on Tuesday).

Cheers!

If you're already settled into London, come out and get drinks with a fellow bitcoiner at browns bar. Gotten a few pm, but not exactly sure how many people are coming.. Might just be me, might be 15 people! Regardless come out and talk bitcoin and network the community.. I would love to get feedback on a new product I'm launching called yBITCOIN..

6:00 tonight (monday) tell the hostess you're looking for the bitcoin group, ill be wearing a blue shirt. Come and go as you please, but I think this is something you definitely want to do if possible- we organized these at San Jose's Bitcoin 2013 and they were a big hit.. Met the most interesting people, and had the most stimulating conversations at the preconference meetup's laid back setting, so hoping to replicate here..

The bar is literally beside the Marriott in canary wharf (think the area is called west India quay to be exact)

Always riding the Bull...
Flying into London today, wanted to meet as many conference attendees and enthusiast in the area as possible so please share if you're going. I've been incognito since the San Jose conference working on a new project called yBITCOIN, and would love some community feedback. Once we know who all will be there we can try to set some more details for a meetup.. The San Jose preconference meet ups were a huge success and in my opinion one of the highlights, you get to have much more indepth discussions in a laid back setting..

Ill be staying at the Marriott in canary wharf, I'm flying back to the states on the 4th. Safe travels!
